Pointer (S) Left-click on individual entities to add them to the current selection (selected entities will turn red). If the entity selected is a member of a group, the entire group will be added to the selection. NOTE: You must click the black line of an entity to select it. Clicking in the white area in the middle of an entity will not select anything. Left-click and drag a box to select multiple entities at one time. NOTE: To be selected when dragging a box, entities must fall entirely within the box. Right-click the mouse to deselect all entities or groups selected. Zoom Rotate (R) Drag a box around an area of the active window to zoom in on that area. Right-click or press the space bar to reset the zoom level to fit all entities in the screen. Allows free rotation of the selected items. Left-click and drag in a circular motion to rotate the object(s). Right-click to place the axis of rotation at a desired point. Cut (Ctrl + X) Removes the entities selected from the active window and places them in virtual clipboard to be pasted elsewhere Copy (Ctrl + C) Copies the entities selected in the active window to the virtual clipboard. Paste (Ctrl + V) Insert items from the virtual clipboard to the active window. Delete Deletes selected items from the active window. Plot (Ctrl + P) Send all entities in the active window to the Production Manager. Plot Selected (Ctrl + Shift + P) Send all selected entities in the active window to the Production Manager. Hide Pricing Hides the Access Fee and Material Cost on the active window. 1 of 7

Customize Pattern Bumper Cut Down Path Merge Opens the Pattern Customization window to perform automated design changes such as wrapping edges and choosing partial hood kit size and style configurations. Allows creation of a symmetrical partial bumper coverage kit from a full bumper kit to reduce material cost Step 1: With a bumper kit open, click the Bumper Cut Down button in the tool bar. Step 2: Click in the white space inside the entity you wish to cut down to display the intersection lines. Step 3: Move the mouse left or right to position the intersection lines at the desired location and Left-Click to lock them in position. Step 4: Move the mouse left or right to adjust the curvature of the intersection lines and Left-Click to cut the entity. Combines two or more intersecting entities into one with four possible outcomes. Step 1: Move two entities you wish to combine so that they intersect one another in the desired way. Step 2: Select only one of the two entities and then click the Path Merge button in the toolbar. Step 3: Select the second of the two intersecting entities, which will bring up the Merge Entities selection window. NOTE: The entity selected before you click the Path Merge button will become the A entity and the entity selected after clicking the Path Merge button will become the B entity. Step 4: Select from the four options in the Merge Entities window, which will immediately display a preview of the resulting entity. The four options produce one of the following results: Subtraction A: Keeps all of the A entity while subtracting any area where the B entity was overlapping. Subtraction B: Keeps all of the B entity while subtracting any area where the A entity was overlapping. Intersection: Keeps only the area where the two entities were overlapping. Union: Keeps all of both the A and B entities while eliminating any intersection lines. Step 5: Click Ok to commit the merge. View Layout Displays the relative location of all entities as they would be installed on the vehicle. 2 of 7

Align Right Aligns all selected entities or groups by their right edges. Align Horizontal Center Aligns all selected entities or groups by their vertical center lines. Align Left Aligns all selected entities or groups by their left edges. Align Bottom Aligns all selected entities or groups by their bottom edges. Align Middle Aligns all selected entities or groups by their horizontal center lines. Align Top Aligns all selected entities or groups by their top edges. Distribute Vertical Evenly spaces three or more entities by their horizontal centerlines. Distribute Horizontal Evenly spaces three or more entities by their vertical centerlines. Render Text Adds text based entities to the active window that can then be sent to the plotter for cutting. Draw Path Mark Extendable Left-click to add vertices to the active window. Each vertex added will be connected by a Bezier curve to the previous. Dragging with the left mouse button after adding at least two points will allow adjustment of the curve to the desired shape. Right-click to connect the first and last vertices added with a Bezier curve. With an entity selected, Left-click to enable toggling individual segments within the entity to wrap. Yellow segments within an entity will move outward from the center when activating the Wrap Edges function from the Customize Pattern window. 3 of 7

Convert To Curve (F6) Converts the selected line segment(s) or curve(s) to a single Bezier curve that is tangent to the surrounding segments or curves. Straighten Segment (F5) Straightens each selected Bezier curve to represent line segments between each pair of vertices. Resize Allows proportionally unconstrained resizing of the selected entity. Open Entity Hook Tool Splits a closed vertex within the selected entity into two open vertices that can then be moved independently. Use this feature to cut an entity into two separate pieces by splitting at least two vertices. Allows unconstrained, free manipulation of selected entities by moving individual vertices, segments or curve control points. WARNING: Using this tool can result in a design that will no longer fit the intended subject vehicle. Use at your own risk! Add Points Allows the addition of vertices to the selected entity by dragging a line with the mouse across any line segment or Bezier curve. Remove Points Allows the removal of vertices from the selected entity by dragging a box around the vertices with the mouse. Flip Vertically Flips the selected entity vertically. Flip Horizontally Flips the selected entity horizontal. Copy and Flip Right Mirrors the selected open entity. For example, when making symmetrical changes to a bumper, begin by deleting one half of the entity, make the desired changes and then press F11 when finished to mirror the part over. After mirroring, be sure to reconnect the two open points. 4 of 7

Copy and Arrange Copy and flip the selected entity in relation to another entity. For example, to change the location of a Parking Sensor hole in a bumper on the left and right sides symmetrically, changes need only be made to one side of the bumper. Step 1: Ungroup the bumper entity from the holes and other parts within it by selecting and then choosing Selection from the File menu and clicking Ungroup (or press Ctrl-Shift-G on the keyboard). NOTE: It is always a good idea to create a guide entity before modifying a part. A guide entity is a non-editable copy of the part that is used as a reference for any changes made. Create by selecting an entity and choosing Edit from the File menu and then clicking Create Guide Entity (or press F9 on the keyboard). Step 2: Delete the Parking Sensor hole on either the left or right side of the bumper Step 3: Move the opposite Parking Sensor hole to the desired location Step 4: With the Parking Sensor hole still selected, click the Copy and Arrange button from the tool bar and then click within the white space inside the main bumper entity. A copy of the Parking Sensor hole will appear in a symmetrical position on the opposite side of the bumper. Drag Rectangle Drag Radiused Rectangle Drag Circle Left-click and drag the mouse to create a rectangle. A rectangle of a specific size can be created by selecting Tools in the File menu and clicking Insert Sized Rectangle. Left-click and drag the mouse to create a radiused rectangle. A radiused rectangle of a specific size can be created by selecting Tools in the File menu and clicking Insert Sized Rectangle. Left-click and drag the mouse to create an oval. A circle or oval of a specific size can be created by selecting Tools in the File menu and clicking Insert Sized Oval. Tape Measure Left-click and drag the mouse to measure the distance between two points. 5 of 7

DAP Command Shortcuts SHORTCUT FUNCTION Spacebar (Zoom Extents) F5 (Straighten Segments) F6 (Convert to Curve) F9 (Create Guide Entity) F10 (Clear Guide Entities) Ctrl + G (Group) Ctrl + Shift + G (Ungroup) Ctrl + P (Plot) Ctrl + Shift + P (Plot selected) V (Vertical Grid Line) H (Horizontal Grid Line) X (Perpendicular Grid Lines) Changes the zoom level of the active window to fit all entities in the screen. Straightens each selected Bezier curve to represent straight line segments between each pair of vertices. Converts selected line segment(s) to a single Bezier curve Creates a non-editable copy of an entity positioned behind the original, used as a reference for any changes made. Removes all guide entities from the active window. Binds two or more selected entities together in a fixed relative position. Use to prevent unwanted movement between entities, such as the position of Parking Sensor holes within a bumper. Removes all Grouping from the selected entities. WARNING: Removing the grouping on entities can result in unintended movement of entities relative to one another. Even small unintended relative movement can result in parts that are no longer installable on the intended vehicle. For example, ungrouping a bumper design can allow parking sensor holes to move in relation to the main bumper entity, causing the holes to cut in the wrong place. Always create a Guide Entity prior to any modifications to monitor the changes made to the design. Send all entities in the active window to the Production Manager. Send all selected entities in the active window to the Production Manager. Create a vertical grid line in the center of any object. This is useful for finding the center of a group, entity, curve, line segment or vertex. Create a horizontal grid line in the middle of any object. This is useful for finding the center of a group, entity, curve, line segment or vertex. Creates two perpendicular grid lines centered on the selected group, entity, curve, line segment or vertex. 6 of 7
