2 Geometry CP1 Final Exam Information & Advice General Information: F Period Final Exam is Monday, June 24 from 9:15 10:45 AM Be sure to bring a calculator (you ll need one with SIN/COS/TAN keys) and #2 pencils. Final Exam Advice: Take preparing for this exam seriously and work hard through the end of the year. You want to be sure to finish strong. Look through all notes, classwork, etc. from the beginning of Term 3 to the present. As you look through your old notes and classwork, be aware that just skimming over old problems is not enough. You need to practice and re-do problems from your notes, homework assignments, and in-class practice. Again, one of the best ways to study and prepare for a math assessment is to sit down and actually practice solving problems again from scratch. Simply put, the only way to learn math is to do math. Stay on task during class and do all review homework assignments. Make sure that you come to class with questions and that you ask them in a way that will allow me to answer them to the best of my ability. Use the website to study. You are encouraged to re-watch videos, but be sure you are actively engaging with the video. For example, you can pause the video, try the examples for yourself, and fast-forward to see if the solution matches your work.
