1 Summer Math Learning Packet for Students Entering Grade 6
2 Dear Parents, The attached packet provides a range of activities that review the skills and concepts that your child explored this year in their fifth grade mathematics classrooms. In addition, there are some skills that are expanded upon to help prepare your child for sixth grade. The attached packet is designed to get your child thinking about math throughout the summer, and helping to keep their skills sharp. The packet is designed so that your child can focus on working on a little bit of math each day, rather than completing the entire packet in one or a few days. We are proud of all of your child s efforts and their work completing this packet will be beneficial for them as they transition into sixth grade. Have a Great Summer!
