1 SecuriSync by Intermedia SecuriSync is Intermedia s enterprise-class backup and file sharing service. This complete file management solution enables file and folder backup across user devices, along with sharing features for distributing and syncing files both internally and externally. One of SecuriSync s primary strengths is its integration with existing tools for both end users and administrators. For end users, SecuriSync features multiple points of integration with the Mac and Windows desktop environment, mobile devices, and Outlook and Microsoft Office for Windows as well as Office Online and Office 365. 2 Desktop integration For end users, SecuriSync works directly with the Windows and Mac operating systems. Because it offers an interface that users may already understand, its learning curve can be significantly reduced. Points of integration include: Familiar drag-and-drop functionality for easily moving files into and manipulate files within SecuriSync folders Contextual right-click menu functions for applying SecuriSync features and functions to files throughout the PC s desktop Icons with the Windows system tray and the Mac toolbar for at-a-glance views of SecuriSync status as well as additional access to SecuriSync functions Mouse hover indicators for real-time updates of SecuriSync functions SecuriSync also integrates with Windows and Mac by enabling files on the Desktop and in the My Documents folder to be synced to SecuriSync. This integration allows multiple users to simultaneously edit the same file and view the changes as they are being made in real-time.
