1 Cellcheck CIL-USB for solar industry The system for inspecting reflecting surfaces. Thanks to the coaxial light transmission there are no undesired reflections which could result in incorrect interpretations and incorrect measurements. The Cellcheck CIL is always supplied with the stable MST stand. This ensures the stable footing on flat surfaces and on rollers. The width covered by the rollers on the stand ca be adjusted using a knurled bronze screw. This ensures the required distance from the object, particularly with small magnification. The materials supplied include lenses with 2x, 4x, 6x, 10x, 15x, 20x and 30x optical magnification. The magnification on a 17 PC screen is the result of the product of the magnification of the lens and a factor of 45x for example a 10x lens shows the measurement point in a magnification of 450 x. The coaxial lighting is providing by powerful white light LED. The power supply is providing by the USB camera. An additional LED ring light is also including in the set. The nine LED s inclined at an angle of 30 provide perfect illumination for all applications where scattered light is required. Also available is another version with depth measuring to measure the width and height of the finger prints. 3 USB Measuring system Cellcheck SWDK The small USB 2.0 microscope with Metric measuring software is a true alternative for distance measurements between finger prints and the edge of the wafer in the solar industry. This 1600 x 1200 pixel camera provides excellent images. In combination with the Metric Plus measuring software the intervals can be measured quickly and simply. With the Excel report system, the measured data can be transferred automatically with the image by simply pressing the Excel button. The base plate is equipped with a stop bar. The distance measurements can completed as pointto-line or the distance between parallel lines, among other possibilities. The Mini Cellcheck is supplied with two interchangeable magnetic lenses for various magnification factors and an LED ring light supplied with power by the USB 2.0 camera. In addition a small aluminum base is provided to allow the system to also be used out of the stand for mobile applications. The software can be installed on various computers. The software is enabled where ever the system is plugged in. Updates for the Metric software can be downloaded from our Website at at no cost.

4 Here is an example for an interval measurement using the parallel line function. Two points are set at the edge. Two lines appear automatically. The first connects the two points set and the second can be moved to the second edge with the mouse. The results are automatically displayed in the window. The image and measured value can now be transferred to an Excel spreadsheet by pressing the Excel button. During the first transfer operation a window appears automatically for saving the Excel report under a specific name. The Excel spreads heets (test forms) can be created as required using key words.

5 During later production runs the Excel files can be opened with Metric Plus to make further entries.
