These products have been designed specifically for cellular telecom towers and have a proven track record of success with professional rigging companies, due to speed of installation and interlockability. Alongside the standard range of products, we are able to offer designs and patented ranges of innovative clamps and cleats to suit the everchanging requirements in this market. The current range includes single, double and four-way clamps. There is also a range of cleats with rubber inserts capable of holding up to 8 cables, waveguides or fibre cables. Cable Clamps and Cleats All clamps are designed to precisely fit the cable with flexibility for cable tolerance for specific foam-filled feeder or fibre cables. A range of 12 cable diameters from 5 mm to 58 mm is available. Available in standard black, the flame retardant clamps are available to UL94 V-0 (0.8 mm) LSF halogen and phosphorous free. The range of cleats is designed for use with rubber inserts and with secondary cables that are not air-spaced or foam-filled such as fibre, power and earth cables. These cleats with rubber inserts have recently been a preferred solution for holding fibre cables. Additional material has been added between the jaws of the cleats to eliminate crushing the cable if overtightening occurs. A range of 17 diameters from 5.5 mm to 63.5 mm is available. Where upward facing 7-16 DIN connectors on top of such items require protecting from water ingress, then a relevant bung is used with the boot. The bung is available to suit 3/8, 1/2 superflex and 1/2 feeder.
