2 Product Warranty What The Warranty Covers: ICW International warrants that this product, under normal use, is free from any defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. ICW will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or like product. How Long The Warranty Is Effective: All ICW components, except gas cylinders, are warranted for 5 years, unless otherwise noted. Gas cylinders are warranted for 2 years. Who The Warranty Covers: ICW extends the warranty to the first consumer purchaser when sold by ICW or an authorized dealer/distributor. What The Warranty Does Not Cover: 1. Damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from: accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature; unauthorized product modification or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product; repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by ICW International; removal or installation of the product; use of supplies or parts not meeting ICW International s specifications; normal wear and tear. 2. Any products used for rental purposes. 3. Removal, installation, or set up service charges. How To Get Service: To obtain service under warranty, you will be required to provide the following: 1. The original dated invoice 2. Your name 3. Your address 4. A description of the problem 5. The part number and color For information about receiving service under warranty contact ICW Customer Support at or sales@icwusa.com. Return Policy 1. Contact ICW by phone or by completing the RMA request form provided on our website at Requests for return of standard products will be accepted within 30 days of the date of invoice. No return requests will be granted for discontinued products or custom products, including custom paint or coating. 2. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging; must prominently display the RMA number on the packaging; and include a copy of the RMA with the product. Customer is responsible for return freight costs and any damages caused in shipping. ICW must receive the product within 15 days from the issue date of the RMA to ensure proper credit. 3. Unauthorized returns or any returned merchandise that does not have an RMA number will be refused by ICW and returned to the customer at the customer s expense. 4. No restocking fee will be charged if the RMA is requested within 30 days from invoice date and the product returned is in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 15 days. 5. A minimum 25% restocking fee will be charged for products returned after RMA expiration (15 days from issue date) or RMA Requests received later than 30 days from invoice date. Restocking fees will be determined upon ICW inspection of product when received. Product that has been damaged will also incur restoration fees. 6. No RMA s will be issued after 60 days from invoice date.
