38 TERMS 1 General 1.1 These are the conditions unless there is a specific agreement between inframe AB and the customer. 2 Prices 2.1 VAT An additional VAT of 25% will be added to all orders. 2.2 Mistakes We reserve the right for running out of goods, errors and price adjustments. 3 Shipment 3.1 Method Shipping is done by Karlstad Transport & Spedition AB, Öfa. 3.2 Cost The customer pays for the freight. The weight of the package regulates the freight cost. 4 Payment 4.1 Invoice Payment to our account within 15 days. 4.2 Delay Interest on overdue payments is done according to Swedish Law: Räntelag (1975:635). 5 Delivery Delivery is normally done within 3-5 days. We reserve the right for events that are not within our control. 38

39 6 Warranty/Complaints 6.1 Consumer We respect the warranties that our suppliers have for the products in question. We use swedish law: Konsumentköplag (1990:932). A complaint for a original problem (one that has been there since manufacturing) can be made withing three years from receiving the goods. A complaint must be done within reasonable time from discovering a problem. 6.2 Businesses Businesses do not have the right to complaints after the manufacturers warranty expires. 7 Withdrawal 7.1 Distans and homesales A consumer has a right to withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods. 7.2 Cost of freight at withdrawal The buyer pays for the freight. 8 Change in conditions We reserve the right to change these conditions. 39
