2 Orthognathic Modular Fixation System Create a custom system Orthognathic Graphic Case 2 Module [ ] 4 Module [ ] The Graphic Cases will accommodate either the Standard Screwdriver Instrument Tray or the Ratcheting Screwdriver Instrument Tray and two or four modules (ordered separately). Instrument Trays Choice of Standard Screwdriver or Ratcheting Screwdriver Instrument Tray provides additional system flexibility. Standard Screwdriver Instrument Tray [ ] Ratcheting Screwdriver Instrument Tray [ ] Non-specific instrument tray areas (without part numbers) allow flexibility in instrument selection.

3 Orthognathic Plate Module [ ] Orthognathic Plate Module is designed with generic compartments to accommodate a large variety of plates. Autoclavable adhesive labels provide compartment identification. Orthognathic Screw Module [ ] Orthognathic Pre-ent Plate Module [ ] Orthognathic Screw Module houses screws from 1.3 mm to 2.4 mm in diameter Orthognathic Pre-ent Plate Module has etched compartments for the pre-bent plates and generic compartments to accommodate a variety of other plates White screw length marker denotes self-drilling screws lack screw length marker denotes self-tapping screws 1

4 Graphic Case and Instrument Trays The Orthognathic Instrument Trays are designed to hold a variety of Synthes instruments. The sample instrument selections* are based on a 1.5 mm/2.0 mm system with 2.4 mm position screws.
