The entire control of the laser system is performed by means of a convenient touchscreen interface or alternatively through a control unit in the laser chamber, so that the operator is not obliged to take his/her hands out of the chamber to change the parameters. The laser output, pulse length, repetition rate and beam diameter can be conveniently adjusted on the touchscreen. Furthermore, the software has a program management system in which the widest array of processing parameters can be stored. Developed for constant operation. This tool is ideally suited to rested your moulds to tip top condition. Owing to the robust fibre optic connection, the laser beam is very easily and flexibly transmitted almost loss-free to the welding head. The high quality 10 x stereo microscope with integrated safety filters and a very rapid, eye-friendly LCD shutter provides a perfect view and safety for the operator. The welding head is equipped with motorised beam diameter adjustment, dimmable LED workpiece lighting and a flexibly adjustable gas supply. A generously dimensioned colour touchscreen for configuring all the necessary laser parameters simplifies operation and control. The joke 150-mobil and 300-mobil are equipped with an IPS (Intelligent Positioning System) with which the laser can easily follow a plane or a path. Manual activation of the axes is conveniently performed using a 3-dimensional joystick. Weldings with uniform spot overlapping can be obtained with the integrated overlap function, even if the axis speed is not constant. All machine parameters can be conveniently configured on the touchscreen and stored in up to 250 memory locations. These parameters include among others the output, pulse duration, pulse repetition frequency, beam diameter and pulse form in addition to automatic axis parameters.
