2 SVCam-evo12040 SVCam-CMOS Series CMOS Camera in 12 MegaPixel Versions Advanced Information This CMOS camera is equipped with a sensor which features an outstanding performance. Capabilities are e.g. extreme high blooming suppression, low image lag and a dynamic range comparable to CCDs. The optical format of 4/3 allows to use a wide range of lenses. The low power consumption of the camera ensures excellent thermal stability. The camera can be operated either with global or rolling shutter. The latter results in very high S/N ratio when used in applications where movement jitter is neglectable. The camera is designed to reach high frame rates due to high speed dual GigE (2 Gigabit). It is enclosed in a very compact housing. 14 Bit A/D converters on chip guarantee an excellent signal-to-noise ratio. It is enclosed in a very compact housing. Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) and 4 x 14 Bit A/D converters guarantee an excellent signal-to-noise ratio.
