4 T77 ELITE SR1 High security domestic and medium security commercial sites, up to 16m². The Elite Security Shutter has been tested by the Loss Prevention Certification Board to LPS1175 (6.0), achieving a security rating of SR1. It has also been awarded Secured by design status. Remote control operation with safety features meeting BS EN , and manual override as standard. A wide range of colours are available, including woodgrain finishes which match standard window and door frames. CURTAIN SLAT Aluminium double-skinned slat with polyurethane foam insulating core. 6 P76 ELITE SR1 The P76 Elite is a high security perforated steel shutter with 22% see-through vision designed for commercial and industrial applications up to 50m². The P76 Elite shutter has been tested and approved by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) to LPS1175 SR1 and awarded Secured by Design status. CURTAIN LATH Perforated single skin curved steel. Lath wall thickness 1.2mm. Colour: Galvanised finish as standard. Option to plastisol or powder coat any BS / RAL colour. Note: Three phase motors can be direct drive, inboard or outboard design and final configuration will be project specific. Manual override facility as required by lockable removable handle for tubular motors or haul chain for externally mounted motors.

8 E77 / V77 ELITE SR2 The E77 Elite & V77 Elite are high security aluminium shutters popular in commercial sites & shop front applications up to 25m². The V77 vision profile has a punched rectangular section enabling see through vision, with polycarbonate inserts to ensure the SR2 rating. The E77 & V77 Elite shutters have been tested and approved by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) to LPS1175 SR2 and awarded Secured by Design status. CURTAIN SLAT Double (E77 Elite) & single (V77 Elite) skinned extruded aluminium. The E77 Elite also benefits from a polyurethane insulating core. Colours: White or brown as standard. 10 S76 ELITE SR2 The S76 Elite is a high security solid steel shutter designed for commercial and industrial applications up to 76m². The S76 Elite shutters have been tested and approved by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) to LPS1175 SR2, and also awarded Secured by Design status. CURTAIN SLAT Manufactured from solid single skin 76mm (3'') curved steel. Colour: Galvanised finish as standard. Option to plastisol or powder coat any RAL / BS colour. 12 i100 ELITE SR3 The i100 Elite SR3 insulated steel shutter is a high security solution recommended for applications where burglary resistance is a priority. The i100 Elite SR3 combines superb thermal performance with exceptional security levels. The i100 Elite SR3 shutter has been tested and approved by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) to LPS1175 SR3 and awarded Secured by Design status. 16 GRILLES SR1 to SR3 SECURITY GRILLE RANGE Innovative designs and modern manufacturing techniques have led to the development of a high specification range of security grilles for domestic, commercial and public properties. They help retain the appearance of a building and maximise light while still being a deterrent to intruders. Multi point locking systems ensure complete access control, while LPCB approval ensures maximum strength protection. All of our security grilles are built to fit your property, with flexibility on options and RAL powder coating available. GRILLE DESIGN SECURITY LEVELS All grilles have a steel and aluminium construction. They are custom built to fit any opening and have a fully retractable designs. A choice of X or S shaped lattices is available on the Classic X1 / S1. Vulcan X2 and Eclipse X3 are X shaped lattice only. Many of Roché s LPCB grilles are approved by the Loss Prevention Certification Board and have Secured by Design Status. STANDARD FEATURES Single or double grid design. Top hung or bottom rolling design for smooth running and ease of use. Excellent through-vision when locked. Multi-point locking from a single key. Pre-treated to ensure corrosion resistance and powder coated in white as standard. OPTIONS Hinged & lift out bottom track for doorways. Swivel return stack. Alternative RAL colours. Locking post at both ends to provide maximum flexibility of operation. Where access is not required the grille can have a fixed sash / cage design. Classic X1 / S1 The Classic retractable security grille is popular in high security domestic and commercial applications. Tested by the LPCB to LPS 1175 Security Rating 1. Vulcan X2 Vulcan X2 retractable security grilles are designed for very high security commercial applications. Tested by the LPCB to LPS 1175 Security Rating 2 and bolt cutter resistant. Eclipse X3 Eclipse X3 retractable security grilles are designed for maximum security applications. Tested by the LPCB to LPS1175 Security Rating 3, bolt cutter resistant and approved by the CPNI for UK Government use. A Diamond X / S grille is also available for low risk properties which do not require LPCB / insurance approved status.
