PRODUCT NAME SECTION I am a firm believer in Athlon Optics, the quality to price ratio is the best in the optics business. I purchased their Cronus Spotting Scope 20-60x86 earlier this spring (it is an incredible product). I push the spotter to the limits quite frequently, and it remains excellent! Unfortunately, I had dropped the spotter off a few cliff benches while high country mule deer scouting in Montana! The terrain is gnarly and unforgiving to say the least. I had ruined my spotting scope, thankfully Athlon optics always has your back. They stick to their warranty with no difficulty for the customer. The customer service throughout the troubles was excellent, they put me first just for customer satisfaction. I really appreciate a company that can maintain this quality of work. Let s start off with I m hard on my gear during the season especially binoculars I bought the Midas 10x42 binoculars and I am extremely impressed. From early season to the rut they took a beating sitting in rain sleet and snow. To being dropped on accident multiple times from 20+ feet in a tree, even bouncing off a few rocks after falling out of my stand (hands didn t wanna work) picked them up took a look through them and to my amazement there was nothing wrong with them not even a scratch. Today they look just like they came out of the box. I will highly recommend anyone to purchase a set of your optics just from what I have put them through. Chris Wojcik I had a mishap while loading guns in the truck to go to the range. My gun fell on the asphalt smashing the windage turret on my Midas BTR. I shipped it in to Athlon and had a brand new one back in my hands in 8 days. No questions asked! Jacob Robbins, Southern Arizona Rifle Company Two and half weeks before my Colorado elk hunt, my rifle took a hard fall, breaking my Helos BTR. I filled out the warranty form on line and sent the scope in. I spoke with Drake from Athlon, explaining my situation, and I received a new scope with plenty of time to get it sighted in. Thanks to their great warranty and wonderful customer service I was able to make my trip to Colorado. Thanks again Athlon Optics. Scot Riden I have used the warranty department at Athlon Optics two times. Both times, the customer service was excellent. One of the times was completely my fault, and I told them so. They replaced it without batting an eye, just like the other time. I have a total of 6 different athlon optics. They ve held up 2 seasons of hard use in 3 gun. I would highly recommend them to others, I will be purchasing more in the future Billy York I can t hold my tongue about Athlon scopes! Since putting an Argos BTR 6x24 on my T-10 my groups went from 1/2 MOA or less (at 100) to an inch with numerous flyers. I checked scope mount torques, rings, chassis torque, etc (same match ammo) and the clarity at 100 wasn t all that great. Everyone I talked to said that the Argos should be crystal clear, so I talked to the guys at Athlon. They agreed that it didn t sound right and told me to properly send it back which I did on Monday, here it is Thursday and I received a UPS shipment with a brand new Argos scope. Now that s one Hell of a warranty program. I ll be mounting it up tomorrow and yards. I have a good feeling that my groups will be back to their normal 1/2 MOA.
