2 Contemporary Design Hardware Door furniture information 304 grade solid stainless steel 316 marine grade solid stainless steel available on selected items 5 Year mechanical warranty on all door levers and locks door levers and locks are fire rated interchangeable precision cast rose covers. Stockists note Door levers can be sold without external roses enabling flexibility of style (square or round) and function (passage or privacy). All rose covers are compatible with all door levers and are available in grade 304 & mm & 60mm. 60mm rose covers for pre-drilled doors include necessary adaptor plates. Product suites The Cdh range has been designed to enable a flow of products and finishes throughout the home. These four ranges are complemented by our Stainless Steel Switch Range, Cabinet Handles and Bathroom Fittings. Finish information SS Stainless steel Grade 304 or 316 Stainless Steel is brushed to give a brushed, satin stainless steel finish. PSS Polished stainless steel Grade 304 Stainless Steel is highly polished to give a look matching polished chrome. SSF Stainless steel finish Base material Brass or Zinc Alloy. SSF is designed to blend with our solid stainless steel products. It is also sometimes known as Satin Nickel Plate. Brushed Nickel is applied to either polished brass or zinc alloy to match as close as possible to satin stainless steel. CP Chrome plate Polished chrome on Brass or Zinc Alloy material (almost identical to PSS finish). SC Satin chrome Brushed chrome on Brass or Zinc Alloy material. Base material information Stainless steel grade 304 High quality stainless steel that is stain/rust resistant. To keep stainless steel in its original condition, it needs to be cleaned regularly with water, mild detergent and a soft cloth. Routine cleaning helps to prevent stain build up. Stainless steel grade 316 Marine grade stainless steel offers longer life and is more stain resistant than 304SS. This grade of steel is recommended for commercial or sea side applications. Same cleaning instructions as 304SS apply. Zinc alloy Due to its lack of flexibility it is not always possible to use stainless steel in production and as such some shaped items are made from zinc alloy. Brass Brass is also an easily manipulated material offering flexibility in manufacturing
