5 PROAIM DSLR KIT-3 5 PRODUCTS SYNOPSIS PROFESSIONAL HANDLES 15mm & 19mm rod mounting capability Quick Lock controls for easy positioning Soft rubber comfort grip handles Custom adjustable rake, position handles where comfortable ROD SUPPORT WITH QUICK RELEASE PLATE Easy camera or lens changes made via the slide on and off quick release plate with locking control knob. Fits most of today s cameras. SHIM SET A six piece shim set is provided to allow vertical height adjustment for positioning the camera lens in the center of the Matte Box. Shims come in pairs of 1mm 3mm 6mm. 3mm 1mm 6mm Use the following instructions with picture reference to install shims as needed. First remove the quick release adapter with L- key. Next release center adapter by removing the bottom Allen-bolts with provided L-Key. Add shims as needed and re-assemble the set-up using 4x30mm or 4x25mm Allen bolts. The image shows maximum height of 60mm with shim set. The image shows minimum height of 45mm without shim set. A S S E M B LIN G YO U R M B M AT T E Insert the french flag in to the matte box and tighten the screws. Using the same approach, insert the side flags into the (big) slots provided in the hinges and secure with the screws.

6 PROAIM DSLR KIT-3 6 Note: If the french flag( top) remain loose even after tightening the knob you have to slightly tighten the allen bolt as shown in the image Insert the filter holders to your matte box as shown below. Note: For better gripping of filter in filter holder, retighten the filter tray knob to secure the filter properly. Attach knicker on conversion ring, then screw in the conversion ring on ring PROAIM FOLLOW FOCUS V1 PROAIM Follow Focus V1 is extremely accurate by design. The mechanism works through a set of gears on the follow focus that are attached to teeth on focus ring of the lens. These gears feed to the control wheel that spin the teeth engaging the ring on the lens. Using the white marker disk with focus points indicated, allows the focus puller to hit his focus points with complete accuracy, each and every time.

7 PROAIM DSLR KIT-3 7 PROAIM FOLLOW FOCUS APPLICATION The Follow Focus is applied to the camera with the help of gears. You receive 6 Gear Rings in this kit from mm diameter that fit most standard lenses. Simply insert the matching sized gear ring on the focusing ring of your lens and fit the follow focus drive gear with gear ring. Added system flexibility allows the Follow Focus system to be used without the shoulder mount. Please use the following sequence of pictures and text in the order they appear to set up your new Proaim Kit-3. Technical assistance is available by contacting your sales representative. Mount the rod support on your Tripod Stand. Insert the 450mm female threaded SS rods into Rod Support and tighten the knobs to secure it properly. Remove the Quick Release Plate from Rod Support and attach it with your camera with the help of screw driver. Insert the Camera set up into Quick Release Adapter and tighten it with knob. Match one gear ring from the provided gear set as per your cameras outer focusing ring diameter and mount it over your lens focusing ring. Tighten the gear properly with provided screw & cap.

8 PROAIM DSLR KIT-3 8 Insert the PROAIM V1 Follow Focus into 450mm long rods and attach the drive gear with the gear ring. Note: Should you wish to use the Pro Zoom with Camera, it can be easily attached as shown in the image. Mount the MB-600 Matte Box on 450mm Rail System and then insert the handle set on the rails and secure it with the knobs. Then, mount the Comfort Shoulder Pad to the backside of 450mm long rails from the back side. PROAIM DSLR KIT-3 FULLY DRESSED UP AND READY TO GO Exclusive of Camera, Mic WARRANTY We offer a limited time warranty for our products. For Mechanical products we provide a 6 month warranty & for electronic products we provide a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace your product, free of charge, in the event of a defect in materials or craftsmanship obtained during normal use or handling based on the user manual. Please note that we will not cover any shipping costs for returning the product to us. If any VAT or import duties are applied to the return, we will also charge these costs to the customer. The warranty does not include, by the way of example, damage caused by products that we donot supply or from mishandling in transit, accident, misuse, neglect, lack of care of the product, or service by anyone other than our company.

We will cover the complete cost of sending replacement parts within the warranty period. After that, Nominal cost of the product & Actual shipping cost will be charged.
