4 Touch ID. Face ID. Use your fingerprint or facial recognition to quickly and securely sign in to our app. 8 No need to type in your passcode. Get started: Select Set up Touch ID, Set up Fingerprint Sign-In or Set up Face ID on the homepage. Enter your passcode, sign in to the app, and accept the terms & conditions. Match your fingerprint by touching your finger to the home button, or match your face by positioning it within the guidelines. That s it. Use it on your next sign-in. Ready. Set. Alerts. Choose alerts in our app to monitor everything from available balances to unusual card activity. Here s how: Select the Bell icon or Alerts from the main menu. If an enrollment page is displayed, choose Quick Setup and close the confirmation pop-up. Otherwise, select the Settings tab, then General & Security and turn on essential alerts. Customize the alerts you want to receive.

5 Your view. Up to you. Customize your Mobile Banking app Dashboard with features that are most important to you. Take a look: Go to the Account Overview page and select My Dashboard. Tap Customize your Dashboard. Select the features you want to see on your Dashboard, and change their order if desired. Tap Save. You can change your preferences at any time. App. Snap. Deposit. Easily deposit checks 7 into your Bank of America accounts. You ll receive immediate confirmation that the check was received, and its image will be available to save or print. Check it out: Tap Deposit Checks. Snap pictures of the front & back of the check. Select the account and enter the amount for the deposit. Review, submit and get confirmation that your deposit was received.

6 Bill pay. Your way. It s simple: Schedule secure bill payments to individuals or businesses. You choose the amount and when to pay. Select Bill Pay within our app. Tap Make a Single Payment and select Pay To or tap Add Pay To Accounts to set up a new one. Tap and select Pay From. If you have paid this payee before, Pay From will automatically populate. Enter how much and when to pay, then tap Make Payment. One. Two. Three. Transfer. Transfer funds between your eligible linked Bank of America bank accounts & Merrill Lynch investment accounts 0, including making Bank of America account and bill payments. It s easy: Select Transfer Send within our app. Tap Make a Transfer under the Between My Accounts section. Select the From & To accounts and enter the amount and date. Tap Schedule Transfer. All finished.

7 Get started. Send & receive. Set it up: Our mobile app, together with Zelle, lets you send money in minutes and make payment requests to friends and family. 6 Tap Transfer Send and then Begin Setup. Enter your U.S. mobile number or to be ready to send or receive money. Agree to the terms and conditions. Check your or text for a code to finalize your setup. Note: As a reminder, Zelle is intended for sending money to family, friends and people you know.** Send cash. Super fast. Go ahead: Securely send money to friends and family in minutes no matter where they bank. 6 Tap Transfer Send and then choose Send. Select your recipient and then enter the amount. Include an optional note and tap Send Money. That s all. Note: The recipient will be notified and receive their money typically in minutes. If they aren t yet registered, they will receive a text or on how to get started. Delivery may take longer (- business days) the first time.

8 Request cash. Get paid back. Request money from friends and family. There s no fee, 7 and you receive money directly into your account. Make it happen: Tap Transfer Send and then select Request. Choose or set up the for the contact who owes you money and enter the amount. Include an optional note, confirm and tap Request Money. Your request will be sent right away. Split the bill. No big deal. Divide it up: Easily divide bills in one transaction, with no fee 7 to receive money directly into your account. Tap Transfer Send and select Split. Choose the for the contact(s) who owe(s) you money, and enter the total amount. For a split request, the app will calculate each person s share. Include an optional note, confirm and tap Request Money. Your request will be quickly sent to each individual.

9 Digital world. Digital Wallet. Using Digital Wallets is a fast, secure way to make in-store, in-app or online purchases, while still getting the same card rewards and benefits you enjoy. Set up yours with your eligible Bank of America credit or debit card, or Merrill Lynch credit card. Give it a go: In the app, tap on the account you want to add to your Digital Wallet. Scroll to Digital Wallet Management. Select the wallets you want to use and follow the simple steps. Once your cards are loaded, you re ready to make purchases in-store, in-app or online at eligible merchants. Learn more at bankofamerica.com/wayspay Make purchases using your iphone and Apple Watch Make purchases using your Android phone Make in-store purchases almost anywhere using a Samsung device Pay for your in-store purchases with your Windows 0 phone An easier way to pay for online purchases Speed through online checkout with Masterpass PayPal is another secure way to pay when you shop online Note: To load your card to Microsoft Wallet, open the wallet on your device and follow prompts.

10 Missing card? Take action. Replace a lost, stolen or damaged debit or credit card right from your phone. Or temporarily lock a misplaced debit card to help prevent unauthorized transactions. Don t worry: Choose Manage Debit/Credit Card from the menu, and swipe to your card. Lock your debit card by toggling the lock switch on. To unlock, switch off. If you need to order a new card, select Replace ATM/Debit or Credit Card. To finish ordering your card, confirm your address, verify and tap Place Order.

11 Credit score. Check. Understanding your credit is important. That's why each month, we provide a FICO Score for free to eligible customers with a consumer credit card. 5 Book time. Save time. Schedule a one-on-one appointment with an Associate of your choice at a time and location that works for you. Get your score: To enroll, tap Get your FICO Score on an eligible credit card account page. Review and accept the terms and conditions that pop up. Select FICO Score on a credit card account page to see your score. Check back every month for an update. Start today: Go to the Accounts Overview page and tap Schedule an Appointment. Select your discussion topic. Choose a center near you and a specific banker if applicable. Select a date and time, confirm your details and tap Make Appointment.

12 More features you ll enjoy ATMs Use your phone to get cash and make deposits To make withdrawals and deposits at one of our cardless ATMs, 8 simply load your debit card to your Digital Wallet through our app. Then use your Digital Wallet to access your card at the ATM. (See the Digital Wallet page for instructions on how to add your card.) Save time at the ATM using our app Set up ATM withdrawals ahead of time. In the app, select the account, then scroll down to select Start ATM Withdrawal and enter the amount you want to withdraw. Then pick up your cash within hours at any Bank of America ATM. 9 Find an ATM To get directions to the nearest ATM, select Find Locations from the menu and tap ATMs. Security Security Center To update your Online ID and passcode and see sign-in history, select Profile & Settings from the menu. Update your contact information To help stay ahead of fraud, update your contact information including phone, and addresses by selecting Profile & Settings from the menu and then tapping My Contact Info. Account Monitoring Locate account and routing numbers To look them up, simply select your account and scroll down to Account Details. View statements and documents To view current or past statements and important account documentation, select Statements & Documents from the menu and then select the account. 0

13 Even more features Account Monitoring Spending and budgeting To access personal financial management tools tailored to how you like to spend, save and view your accounts, select View Spending & Budgeting from the menu. My Balance To quickly check your balance on the front page of the app without having to log in, select Profile & Settings from the menu and then tap My Balance. Convenience Find a financial center To get hours, directions and more, select Find Locations from the menu and select Financial Centers. Go paperless To update your paperless settings, select Statements & Documents from the account details page, then Manage Paperless Settings. 0 Tap to contact us To get connected quickly to the right person, without any voice prompts or account numbers, go to Menu, then Help & Contact, then Call Now and select the topic you want to talk about. 9 Rewards & Deals BankAmeriDeals To get your cash back deals at stores, restaurants and more, select BankAmeriDeals from the menu. Tap the plus sign to choose the deals you want and earn up to 5% cash back when you redeem them. Manage credit card rewards To manage your eligible credit card rewards, select View/Redeem from your eligible credit card account page.

When you place a lock on your debit or ATM card via Online or Mobile Banking, it will prevent most types of card transactions from being processed until you take action to unlock your card. Any virtual cards linked to the locked card will also be locked. However, the lock will not stop card transactions presented as a new recurring or a previously scheduled recurring transaction by the merchant, transactions using other cards linked to your deposit account, or the posting of refunds or credit adjustments to your account. Additionally, transactions that occurred prior to locking the card will not be affected. Locking your card is not a replacement for reporting your card lost or stolen. This feature is available on the Mobile Banking app for ipad, iphone and Android devices. Data connection required. Wireless carrier fees may apply.
