6 Can I get a case for my Smart Prime 6? The Telecoms team can purchase a case from Vodafone on your behalf. The cost is 15 + VAT. To request a case please the Telecoms Team on telecoms@southernhealth.nhs.uk providing a cost code to pay for the case. There are cases which fit the Smart Prime 6 handset available on other online retailers which are considerably cheaper. My battery is running down quickly why is this? (shutting down open applications) In Android, once you launch an application, it will continue to run in the background, even after you ve left it and moved on to other tasks. After enough applications are opened in a session, you may notice your device lagging a bit due to the number of open applications using up your device s RAM. To close down applications running in the background: 1. Touch the Recents key 2. This will show all applications which are running. 3. However, please note that a Device Management Policy is due to be set on the Trust provided smartphones which will make having a password mandatory. If you have set a device specific password using the instructions above unfortunately we cannot unlock your device for you. You will be required to reset the handset to factory settings to unlock it.
