2 American Business Bank Business Mobile Banking Overview Our Business Mobile Banking provides the ability to access business accounts and perform a variety of banking functions from the convenience of a mobile device. Business Mobile Banking provides the following functions: View account balances and transaction history Transfer funds ( Internal Transfers) Positive Pay approval decisions Submit bill payments Make mobile deposits* Get Started! American Business Bank - Company Administrators To get started, you need the mobile service permission enabled in ABB Connect (Business Online Banking). American Business Bank has automatically enabled this service for all Company Administrators. Please note: If there will be multiple mobile users at your company, you will need to enable them. Please refer to the User Administration instructions pages Downloading the App The Business Mobile Banking App can be downloaded directly from either the Apple App Store or Google Play. Search for American Business Bank or ABBconnect and select the Business Mobile App. Log In 1. Enter your Business Online Banking Company ID 2. Enter your User ID. 3. Click Done 4. Enter your password Please note: For security purposes, you may be prompted to answer additional security questions *To add mobile deposit services, please contact your Relationship Manager or our Treasury Management Services Department. The account (s) must be in good standing. There may be dollar deposit limits, and/or limits on number of checks deposited in a rolling 30-day period. You will be alerted at time of transaction if there are limitations that apply. You must be enrolled in Business Online Banking. Please refer to your Treasury Management Agreement for further information, including when funds will be available for withdrawal. Message and data rates may apply. 2

3 American Business Bank Business Mobile Banking Overview Features Navigation Tab Bar The Apple and Android apps will look similar but will have platform-specific navigation and feel. Apple app: The tab bar is located on the bottom of the screen Android app: The tab bar is located across the top It is always visible on the screen as you scroll Tapping the plus button accesses the Task Menu with money movement functions. Apple app Android app Tab Bar- Accounts: Displays a list of your accounts and the available balances Recent: Provides quick access to most recent transaction history for Bill Pay and Mobile Deposits : Displays the Task Menu which gives customers access to money-movement activities such as internal transfers, bill pay and mobile deposits Help: A list of FAQs- Help topics More: Displays links to additional features such as Approvals and Check/ACH Positive Pay decisions 3

4 Application Features Accounts Accounts and transaction history are available to you based on your Business Online Banking permissions. Account Balances The Accounts screen displays balances of all accounts available to you. Transaction History Tap the account for which you want to view the transaction history.. Search Search transaction history by tapping the search icon < > Navigate to next or previous accounts in the list by tapping < > icons 4

7 Application Features Transfers Internal account transfer options are available to you are based on your Business Business Online Banking entitlements. Transfer Types Internal Transfer Transfer funds between your authorized American Business Bank accounts. Please note: Transfers requiring a secondary approver cannot be submitted via Business Mobile banking at this time. Bill Pay Bill pay is available to you based on your Business Online Banking entitlements. Please note: Bill pay requiring a secondary approver can be submitted via Business Mobile Banking. Secondary approval must be approved in Business Online Banking at this time. 7

8 Application Features Deposit The Mobile Deposit option is available to you once approved by the bank. Making a Mobile Deposit 1. Tap the Deposit Tile 2. Depositing Checks is Easy screen appears. Read and tap continue 3. The Notice screen appears. Read and tap Accept 4. Tap Front Image and take a picture of the front of the check, then tap to submit or to Retake a new picture. 5. Tap Back Image and take a picture of the back of the check, then tap to submit or to Retake a new picture. 6. Tap Amount and enter the amount of the check and tap Done 7. Select the Deposit To account from the dropdown option 8. Enter your (deposit status confirmation will be ed) and tap Continue 9. Verify deposit details and tap Approve. Deposit Status After submitting a deposit, a confirmation will appear on your mobile banking home screen. You will also receive the status of your deposit via . 8

9 Application Features More Positive Pay The Positive Pay feature displays EXCEPTION transactions that are pending approval prior to being processed. Approval options available to you are based on the permissions selected in Business Online Banking by your Company Administrator. Approval Types ACH and Check Positive Pay exception items 9

10 User Administration instructions: Administrators can assign Business Mobile Banking to any of their users Step 1. Once logged in, go to your administration dropdown and select Manage Users. Step 2. Select the user who will utilize Mobile Banking 10
