The Telemet Mobile Application ( app ) allows access to various stock market and portfolio related data items on your mobile device. The app synchs portfolios from your desktop to your device allowing you to see portfolios update with live prices and current valuations. The app also shows Summary views with the major indices and the most up, down, and active stocks - so you are always on top of the market. In addition, the app displays extensive Key Statistics on companies including financial and performance metrics, company synopsis, quarterly financials, valuations, tear sheets, corporate actions, price charts and more. The app is a separate premium add-on to Telemet Orion and utilizes Telemet Orion for portfolio holdings data. The app can be used on any device with an internet connection, including Apple iphones, Apple ipads, and any Google android enabled device. Telemet America support@taquote.com

General Information for the Telemet Mobile Application The data for the mobile app comes from the Telemet Web Server, similar to other Telemet functions such as Key Statistics and Company Financial

3 General Information for the Telemet Mobile Application The data for the mobile app comes from the Telemet Web Server, similar to other Telemet functions such as Key Statistics and Company Financial Data in Telemet Orion. The mobile app is a premium add-on to Telemet Orion, requiring Telemet Client Service ( or support@taquote.com) to enable the service. Important Note: - Due to Exchange & vendor restrictions the mobile app is an add-on to Telemet Orion and not a separate service. Consequently, Telemet Orion & the mobile application cannot be used simultaneously with the same login information. If you would like to use the mobile application and Telemet Orion simultaneously please contact Telemet Client Service to add an additional Telemet Orion ID. Accessing the Telemet Mobile Application Once Telemet Client Service has enabled your Telemet Orion ID for the mobile app the steps below describe how to access it. 1) Open an internet browser on your device. 2) From your internet browser go to the following website address: the screen below will open: 3) Enter your Username & Password, which is your Telemet Orion Login ID & Password. The password information is not case sensitive. If you need your Telemet Orion Login ID & Password please refer to Appendix 1 on Page 13 or contact Telemet Client Service. The Markets view allows you to view various Stock, Index, Currency, Bond, Commodities related data configured with 9 screen view options.

Each of the 3 screen options are reviewed in the following pages. The Markets View The Markets view is the default view when first opening the Telemet mobile app. The Markets view allows you to view various Stock, Index, Currency, Bond, Commodities related data configured with 9 screen view options. The items shown in white font (along the top of the screen) are the selected items, while black font items (circled below) are items available for selection. Sort data by any of these columns by tapping on the column header ( Symbol, Last, etc. Telemet America support@taquote.com 4

Sort a column by tapping on a column header. The Portfolio View The Portfolio view allows you to view Telemet Orion Portfolios and watch lists in 2 screen views with last prices, net, net percent, ownership stats, gain / loss, and valuation data columns. Important Note: A process (described below) must first be enabled directly in Telemet Orion in order to view your Ticker List Portfolios. Telemet America support@taquote.com 5

6 Steps to share Telemet Orion Portfolios & Watch Lists with the Mobile Application In Telemet Orion: 1) Open the Telemet Manager window shown below: 2) From the Telemet Manager window click Functions > Add-In Console > PortfolioAccounts to get the screen below: Telemet America

7 3) Select Settings, then select Web Store and enter a check mark next to Enable Web store shown below: 4) Click Save (shown in the screen above), which will the show the screen below: Telemet America support@taquote.com 7

8 5) Choose Accounts, and then click on an Account. Next, right-click on an Account to get a menu with a Web Store Add option - shown below. Select Web Store Add. The same process can be repeated to add multiple accounts all at once. Left click on your Account ( Telemet Sample Portfolio in this example), then right-click on the same Account to get a sub-menu with a Web Store Add option. 6) After selecting Web Store Add a symbol will be shown next to the Account: Telemet America support@taquote.com 8

9 7) Now select Web Store, then Browse, and then select the Pending Transactions tab the Account(s) you selected (in Step 4) should be shown: 8) Click the Commit button to get the screen below. 12 Key Stats View The Key Statistics ( Key Stats ) mobile app view shows a wide variety of financial and descriptive data items including statistical data, fundamental data, and a calendar function. It also provides access to premium features such as Estimates data, and S&P Stock Reports. Default Key Stats view: Drill down by tapping on any underlined items for more data. For example, tap on Revenue Latest Quarter to see a chart and table of Revenue history. 13 Appendix 1 Obtaining your Telemet Orion Password Information To obtain your Telemet Orion password information from Telemet Orion: 1) Open Telemet Orion (if it is not already open). 2) Open the Telemet Manager window shown below: 3) Click Functions > System Settings The screen that opens will show your Login ID & Password: Telemet America support@taquote.com 13

14 Frequently Asked Questions How do I sign out of the mobile app? o There is a Sign Out option at the top right corner of the screen, circled below: Can I change the columns of data shown to show different columns? o Currently the columns shown on each mobile app view cannot be changed. If my mobile app is logged in when I try to open Telemet Orion what error will I see? o The screen below will show up in your mobile app alerting you that your ID is being used with Telemet Orion. If Close is selected your Telemet Orion session will be closed to allow you to use the mobile app. o If Cancel is selected you will be sent back to the initial mobile app login screen, shown below. Close Telemet Orion, then select Sign in to Telemet Orion on your mobile app: If my Telemet Orion is logged in when I try to open the mobile app what error will I see? o The same screen as described above will display on your mobile device after choosing Refresh or navigating to a different tab. 15 The mobile app does not work on my iphone it shows the screen below what is the problem? o Cookies must be enabled in Safari to use the mobile app. From the iphone Home screen choose Settings > Safari - To set whether Safari accepts cookies, tap Accept Cookies and choose "Never", "From visited", or "Always". Note - A cookie is a piece of data that a website puts on iphone so the website can remember you when you visit again. That way, webpages can be customized for you based on information you may have provided. Some pages won t work correctly unless iphone is set to accept cookies.
