It will be open to other countries and regions in the future. 2.2 What Service Regions Does HUAWEI CLOUD (International) Provide? cloud services are currently provided in the following service regions: AP-Hong Kong, AP-Bangkok, CN East-Shanghai, CN South-Guangzhou, and CN-Beijing, and will be provided in more service regions in the future. 2.3 What Cloud Services Are Available at HUAWEI CLOUD (International)? You must have a valid mobile phone number, payment mode, and billing address in your registration area. 3.2 Can I Use My Existing HUAWEI CLOUD (International) Account to Access HUAWEI CLOUD (China)? An account registered on ( cannot be used to log in to or access resources on HUAWEI CLOUD (China). 3.3 Can I Use My Existing HUAWEI CLOUD (China) Account to Access? 8 4 Currency and Payment Methods 4 Currency and Payment Methods 4.1 What Currencies Do Accept? products are priced in USD, which is the only accepted currency. As planned, local currency settlement will be supported. 4.2 What Payment Methods Are Supported by HUAWEI CLOUD (International)? Currently, online payment and offline bank transfer are supported. An online payment supports only VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB cards in Hong Kong-China, Macau-China, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Burma, Vietnam, Thailand, Nepal, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Kenya, Mauritius, South Africa, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, and Nigeria. Each payment takes 2 to 3 minutes to clear. The payment receiving account is a Hong Kong bank account owned by HUAWEI CLOUD. If you need bank transfer, consult your bank for specific time required because different countries and regions have different requirements for cross-border transfer. Generally, bank transfer takes 2 working days. For details, visit and then navigate to Billing Center > Overview > Top Up. 4.3 How Do I Use Bank Transfer for Payment at HUAWEI CLOUD (International)? Use the bank transfer method supported by your bank to complete the remittance. Then, visit the official website to perform the following operations: (1) Use your general top-up account for the transfer. (2) Fill in a transfer service ticket. 10 5 Billing Modes and Payment Modes 5 Billing Modes and Payment Modes 5.1 Which Product Billing Modes Does HUAWEI CLOUD (International) Support? supports monthly/yearly (duration-based) and pay-per-use billing modes. 5.2 What Payment Modes Are Supported by HUAWEI CLOUD (International)? supports both prepayment and postpayment. A newly registered customer needs to select a payment method before purchasing HUAWEI CLOUD products and services in either prepayment or postpayment mode. 5.3 How Do I Apply for Postpayment for HUAWEI CLOUD (International) Services? You must comply with the Chinese mainland laws and regulations, including real-name authentication and ICP licensing requirements on website hosting. If an enterprise applies to use HUAWEI CLOUD services within the Chinese mainland, the enterprise must submit the enterprise certificate issued by the registered country to complete real-name authentication. For example, if an enterprise is registered in Thailand, the enterprise must provide the certificate issued by the Thailand administrative authorities. If the enterprise wants to provide Internet services subsequently, the enterprise must apply for authentication using certificates of Chinese entities (such as branch offices in China) to meet Chinese qualification requirements such as on domain names.
