2 New Unlimited Text & Minute Single User Plan Summary Domestic rates, international and Rest of World Roaming as per current Red Pricing see Out of bundle charges detailed in Tariff Guide. Euro Traveller is not available to our small business plans as inclusive European roaming already included in tariff for Europe (zones 1 & 2). Business Traveller inclusive to all plans - details in Tariff Guide. This allows customers to take their home tariff to Europe for free and to the World Zone for 5/day. Bolts on available on current Red products available on new tariffs i.e data bundles, 08 bundles, international, international text bundles detailed in Tariff Guide. Domestic data bolt-ons will now work in Europe Zone 1 & 2. Take your home minutes, texts and data abroad from Europe (zones 1 & 2) included in all new Red plans. Out of bundle charges for UK data are 5.42 per 250MB for the new plans. Yearly RPI increases on the line rental will apply to these plans as well. Important WiFi calling should only be added to customers with Compatible devices any non-eligible devices should have the product removed from he network immediately. WiFi calling should not be sold to customers with over 10 employees and should only be sold to customers connect to those plans listed above Vodafone reserve the right to audit the WiFi calling product and discontinue the service if it is not being sold correctly. 3 Inclusive calls home with Vodafone Global Traveller Customers on our new Single User Tariffs will automatically be opted in to Global Traveller. This enables free calls within country and back home (to UK landlines starting with 01/02/03 and UK mobiles starting in 07) when opted in to Vodafone Global Traveller. The standard Vodafone global Traveller daily charge of just 5.00 (Ex VAT) will only be triggered if the customer sends an SMS, uses data or makes a call within country or back to the UK. BlackBerry BlackBerry is available on the new 4G Single plans. 4G Price Plans Customers pay an additional 9 per month for BES10 Regulated (Gold) BBE10 is charged at 9 and is the wholesale code for BES10 Regulated. Service will give discounted call rates to all countries, with the exception of Satellite calls, Cuba, Island of Man and the Channel Islands. 16 Global Traveller Global Traveller can be added to Vodafone Red plans and Mobile Broadband plans (see Mobile Broadband for Compatibility). A simple international price plan for Vodafone Business customers Because you don t have to wait until you re in the office to answer s, you can respond quickly to new business opportunities and keep existing customers happy. Each day a customer uses their phone from within the Global Traveller Country whether back to the UK or within the country they re in, they pay a standard connection charge of 5.00 (ex VAT) per day and the rest of the call is charged at their published domestic rate. There s no need to worry about preferred networks and they can even use inclusive minutes from their bundle. For receiving calls it s just as simple. Customers pay a 0p (ex VAT) for each call answered within a Global Traveller Country for the rest of the world then all calls are charged at standard international rates. so now customers can leave their phone on when they travel for business without the fear that goes with it.
