ACN present credit terms and conditions to the Customer Customer comunicate if accepts credit Terms and conditions Telefonica confirm payment receipt and activates the service Telefonica delivers the mobile device directly Timing 24 hours 4 hours 72 hours 24 hours 72 hours *Pursuant to the ACN Mexico Policies & Procedures, customers/applicants must complete and sign their own order forms and applications. IBOs may assist their customers/applicants with the forms.

Incomplete In Credit Check Order has been submitted to Telefonica and is awaiting credit check results No action required at this time Incomplete Presenting Terms and Conditions ACN is in the process of presenting the Terms and Conditions of Movistar No action required at this time, however you may wish to follow up with the Service to the IBO/customer customer to assist with finalizing the order Incomplete Customer Cancelled Customer has declined the Terms and Conditions and does not wish to proceed Should the customer wish to activate the service in future, a new order will be with Telefonica service required Incomplete Awaiting Payment Customer has accepted Terms and Conditions and has been advised on how to Please remind customer to make payment in a timely fashion. Customer make payment. Payment is required within 30 days of acceptance of Terms volumes do not count for qualifications until payment successfully received and Conditions Incomplete Payment Received Customer has successfully paid for Movistar service.
