3 MAKING CALLS 2. Enter 1 for an outside line 3. Enter telephone number 4. Replace handset to terminate TRANSFERRING CALLS 1. Talk with the outside party 2. Press RECALL key 3. Enter extensions number Wait until extension answers (optional) 4. Replace handset If you have announced the call to the extension, you may return to the caller if required by pressing the RECALL key TO TRANSFER A CALL TO A BUSY EXTENSION ie Camp On 1. Talk with outside party 2. Press RECALL key 3. Enter extensions number (hear busy tone) 4. Enter * to camp on call 5. Replace handset CALL PICKUP - GROUP 2. Dial *1 3. You are now connected to the caller CALL PICKUP DIRECT 2. Press *42 3. Enter extension number of ringing phone 4. You are now connected to the caller. 3

Station Off-net No Answer (+ Spd Bin No.) 7. Incoming Line to Off-net (Operator only) 4. Enter Extension Number or Speed Bin of where calls are to be forwarded to, depending on the type of call diversion used (Hear confirmation tone) 5. To Call Forward to VMIB ( Internal voice mail if fitted ) press # after dialling call forward type (1-4) (Hear confirmation tone) 6. Hang Up TO CANCEL A CALL FORWARD 2. Dial *49# 3. Replace handset 4

6 IN SKIN VOIC ( Please note that your Pabx vendor will advise you on which type of voice mail you have ) Dial slowly; wait for all confirmation tones to complete dialling. To record your greeting. 2. Dial *361 # to start recording 3. Press the Recall key to save the greeting 4. Note once you have recorded your greeting you must divert your phone. E.G *494# (page 4) To delete your greeting. 2. Dial *361# 3. Replace handset To retrieve your messages. Dial *67 After listening to your message you then have the following options. To delete the message dial #1 To save/ skip the message dial #2 To replay the message dial #3 Remote access to in skin voic To access your voic remotely first you have to set up an authorisation code ( access code )in the system NB. This code has to be 5 digits and can not be duplicated by other users To record your authorisation code 1. Dial * Dial 5 digit authorisation code 3. Press recall button Once you have accessed your voic remotely, press the * key when you hear your greeting being played. You will be prompted for your authorisation/access code. Entering your authorisation /access code will allow you to gain access to listen to your messages. 6
7 TO ACTIVATE MOBILE EXTN Operation To register a mobile extension number in the system 1. Lift Handset dial *3 2. Dial Dial the mobile phone number that is being registered. 4. Press the R (recall) button. To activate (deactivate) a mobile extension, perform the following Steps: 1. Lift hanset dial *3 2. Dial Dial 1 to activate the extension, or 0 to deactivate it. 4. Press the R (recall) button. TOLL BAR OVERRIDE Operation Dial *3 23 Enter unique PIN number followed by # Dial 1 and then your telephone number 7
