1 Mobile Banking ed Operating Systems, Browsers, and Networks Phone Channel ed Operating Systems (October December 2017) The following outlines the scope of ADK on the Go s operating system and network support. Note: Only major versions released directly by OEMs (Apple or any Android hardware manufacturer) are included. Any OS version updates or patch releases that are released by carriers are not included in the scope for certification. Operating Minimum OS System Android Android version 4.4 (Kitkat) NOTE: Will be deprecated by January 1, 2018 (for example 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0) support requires a camera of at least 2 mega-pixels in resolution. ADK on the Go does not support the user of the Android Developer options settings Browser For the majority of devices this is the Android Browser. We will not be able to verify and perform on-device testing until then. Our assessment of the risks and expected behavior is based on Apple s documentation and analysis in the ios 11 SDK. Face ID Compatibility: Face ID is available with the iphone X model, which will not Touch ID capability. Our understanding is that ADK on the Go apps and existing Touch ID functionality will continue to work on the iphone. If the user has set up Face ID correctly, ADK on the Go app authentication will be able to use Face ID instead of Touch ID. If the user does not set up Face ID and tries to use Touch ID in the ADK on the Go app, incorrect prompts may be displayed. These are not critical issues, and if users correctly set up Face ID, the experience should be seamless.
