Obligated to monitor industry performance and report to the Minister of Energy, Water and Communications at the end of each financial year. Timely and relevant data a necessity to grow and regulate industries and fulfill reporting roles.

17 DELs Cutting the cord Hand phone users survey 2004 More than half the respondents reported that they do not have a fixed line in their usual residences. As many as 50.7% of those with fixed lines at home reported an inclination to use the hand phone over the fixed line phone even if it was not in use.
