2 1. Wireless Watchdogs Network Activation Once you receive your phone, contact Wireless Watchdogs at (866) to activate the cellular network through AT&T, Verizon, T-mobile or Sprint. 2. Install The AirWatch App Once connected to the internet, download and install the AirWatch MDM Agent app from the Apple App Store. 1. Open the Google Play Store 2. Press the icon 3. In the search field, type in AirWatch MDM. 4. Find the AirWatch MDM Agent App 5. Press 3. Configure the AirWatch MDM Client App Once the AirWatch MDM Client app is installed, open it. 1. Enter your corporate address 3. Press Continue. 4. Type in the username and password provided to you via Press Continue. 6. Read and accept the Terms of Use. This is the wireless use policy set forth by your company. 7. A new window will open asking you to activate the AirWatch Agent as a device administrator. Press Activate. 8. A message will appear. Read the Welcome to AirWatch message and press Ok. 9. (Depending on manufacturer) A new window will open asking you to install an AirWatch Services application. This application allows additional features required for the system to work. Press Install. i. This prompt may appear: 1. Press Settings. 2. Find and check the Allow non-market app application checkbox. 3. Press the back button on your device. ii. A new window will open asking you to activate the AirWatch Admin Services app as a device administrator. Press Activate. 10. The device is now enrolled. Press the Home button on your device to go back to the home screen. NOTE: IT IS IMPORTANT AT THIS POINT TO ALLOW THE ANDROID DEVICE TO PROCESS THE INSTALLATION. PLEASE ALLOW 15 MINUTES FOR THIS TO HAPPEN, THEN MOVE ON TO THE NEXT STEP. 4. Accept the Corporate Resources

3 Once the device is enrolled and you ve allowed 15 minutes of processing time, you should notice a few notifications popping onto the top of the screen with this icon:. IT IS IMPORTANT TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE PROMPTS BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ALWAYS APPEAR IN THIS ORDER AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO ENTER DIFFERENT PASSCODES. The prompts that will appear may be: Device Passcode Requirement (this passcode refers to the passcode you will enter every time your device is locked). 1. This message will appear in the notification bar (only if you do not have a passcode currently set on your device): 2. Find this button and press it: 3. At this point you must enter a new password. 4. Type in the new passcode again. 5. (If your device has encryption enabled) A new window will appear asking you to encrypt your device. It will then ask you for your passcode. Once you enter the passcode press the back button on your device. You will be brought to a new message that prompts you to encrypt device. The button is not active. 6. Plug your charger into the device and press Encrypt device. 7. Confirm your passcode again. 8. Make sure the Fast Encryption checkbox is NOT selected. 9. Press Encrypt device. 10. The device will now take around minutes to encrypt. Corporate Setup (Samsung SAFE and HTC):

4 1. This message will appear on the notification bar: 2. Press the message and it will take you to a window with this message: 3. Press it and it will prompt you for your corporate password. Type in your corporate passcode and press OK. Corporate Setup (NOT Samsung SAFE and HTC): 1. This message will appear on the notification bar: This will direct you to the Google Play Store to download Nitrodesk Touchdown. Select the Free version of Nitrodesk Touchdown for Smartphones. Press 2. After the installation is complete, this message will appear on the notification bar: 3. Press it and it will open Touchdown automatically. Read the Terms of Use. I Accept. A new window will follow to confirm. I Accept. When all the windows close, enter your corporate password. The device will then configure your , calendars and contacts on the Nitrodesk Touchdown client. 4. You may press the home button to exit the app. NOTE: WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU FIND TOUCHDOWN IN THE APP BOX AND CREATE A SHORTCUT TO YOUR HOME SCREEN.

5 Application Installation (if your organization has mandated any apps to be installed on your device): 1. This message (or multiple) will appear in the notification bar: 2. This will direct you the Google Play Store individual app page. 3. Press 4. When the installation is complete, you may press the home button on the device. App Catalog: 1. The following icon will appear on your home screen: 2. This is your corporate App Store. 3. It contains all recommended internal and public applications provided by your company: 4. It also contains a list of applications that are not approved, or Blacklisted 5. You can update all corporate applications from here. Web Clips: 1. Your company may also push corporate bookmarks to your homepage. 2. These will be linked to webpages that you will frequent for work.
