I/we will not involve any corruption / hidden charges by residency. h. I know PAN application fee is Rs- 110 include our commission. And we/i will agree to revised application by authority. i. I/we know about my commission Rs-7.00 per successful application form and the head office will give commission on monthly basis in my bank account. j. I/we agreed to head office have right to terminate our branch without any intimation to us. k. I/we agreed to our operator will participate training program organized by head office. l. I/we agreed to mention require all hardware/software and other peripherals in the shop/centre. m. I/we agreed to scan of PAN application form and other document, also I will dispatch hard-copy documents to concern address in every 30 days by register post / courier. n. I/we agreed to share all information with head office about document dispatch. o. I/we agreed that If I unable to dispatch hard-copy on given time line, than the authority can impose penalty to us as per the rule. p. I/we agreed that I will purchase e-coupon from head office for process the PAN application. And I will raise request in PAHAL SMART CENTRE software after depositing payment to the PAHAL Infosystem Pvt. Ltd. than the company will transfer e-coupon to my PAN portal. q. The PAHAL Infosystem Private Limited is not responsible for technical fault / PAN generation / rejection of PAN application etc. r. The head office will be providing authorization certificate to the branch manager. s. Both parties agree that we can register any legal action in Bhopal city only. 2
