3 Before Use CBT OUcare TM application is compatible with: Android mobile device which are embedded with Bluetooth 4.0 Android 5.0 & above iphone4s, iphone5s, iphone5c, iphone6, iphone6+, ipad mini, iphone7 Before doing Bluetooth transmission, enable Bluetooth of the mobile device and thermometer. Enter keyword CBT OUcare to search or scan QR code as below: Google Play App Store Set the mobile devices to Flight Mode in order to prevent interrupting the measurement by a call or text. 12 Measurement Data - list Read back measurements from thermometer to APP. Prior to taking your temperature for first time, open CBT OUcare and turn on Bluetooth of the thermometer to sync-up date and time automatically and make sure all data are with date/time. We care ALL YOU CARE 12

34 Appendix (con t) If CBT OUcare TM application is abnormally turned off on Android mobile device, it may not be activated again. When this happens, user needs to force closing the application first, and the procedure is Setting ->Program -> Manage Applications -> select the application -> force close We care ALL YOU CARE 34
