This mobile client is registered as a SIP extension to any of the OfficeServ 7000 family of systems. Samsung WE VoIP is a mobile SIP phone client that makes your smartphone an extension of the office phone system. A dual mode smartphone and phone system communicate with each other over a private Wi Fi network in the office and a public Wi Fi or 4G/LTE network when out of the office. Samsung Galaxy Edition Galaxy S3 Series or higher Galaxy S4 Series Galaxy Note2 4.1 or higher or higher USER LICENSE REQUIREMENT Sites that want to add or start out with WE VoIP extensions must order them as part of the SIP Stack License. Each WE VoIP Client is a WE VoIP user. A new field in the SIP Stack license is titled WE VoIP. Note: The Tutorial License supports maximum WE VoIP users for 60 days. OfficeServ System S MAX WE VoIP Clients Use the Material Code [ OS7000WFMC/STD ] to order WE VoIP Users for OfficeServ. Samsung List Price is $56.00 Download of WE VoIP application is free from Google Play Store WE VoIP user license is for concurrent users. If the VoIP max count is 20 and 20 are registered, the 21 th user will receive a yellow icon indicating it cannot register. Other clients exiting the WE VoIP application, or turning off their phones will release licenses. This will take a minute or two, and then the yellow icon will turn green, indicating the Client is ready to make or receive calls Page 3 of 5

4 SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY 1. Samsung WE VoIP Client package file name is [ WE_VoIP_V3503_G_CJ28_01 ] 2. Samsung WE Voip Client software version 3503 is compatible with OfficeServ V4.65 or higher. 3. Smartphone must be running Android V4.0.3 or higher, See Supported Galaxy Devices above. AVAILABILITY This new Samsung WE VoIP Client software may be downloaded from the Google Play Store by searching Samsung WE VoIP Scan this QR code to go directly to the application on the Google Play Store DOCUMENTATION & TRAINING This new Samsung WE VoIP mobile client application does not require additional certification to obtain Technical Support, if you are already certified on the OfficeServ 7000 systems. You will need to be certified on the individual OfficeServ system, SIP Trunking and IP phones. 1. This means the SIP/PRI trunks, stations and Voice Mail are set up and functioning. 5 WE VOIP CLIENT TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY Samsung Telecommunications America will provide technical support to authorized dealers based on the following: Scope of Support 1. Incident must be a post sales issue. 2. Configuration of the WE VoIP Client on any OfficeServ 7000 System with version 4.65 or higher. 3. Installation and setup of the WE Voip Client Version 3503 or higher on a supported device. 4. Technician must be able to reference the supporting documents listed above. Expectations 1. A valid SIP stack license with WE VoIP users is already installed. 2. Technician must have an appreciation for SIP 3. Technician must have the ability to perform a Wireshark trace 4. The OfficeServ system is already installed and working. This means the SIP/PRI trunks, digital/ip phones and Voice mail are already running 5. Identify the cause of the issue to be either Samsung Related or non Samsung related. When the issue is Samsung related engage Samsung Technical support. Will not support (Out of the Scope of Support) 1. How to calls 2. Android support 3. Carrier support 4. Wi Fi Support 5. Network support Samsung Technical Support cannot reasonable test every device model on every carrier. We will provide our best effort by testing issues on only the three devices listed above on the AT&T mobile network. PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER Limitation and Restrictions Voice quality over Wi Fi network connections cannot be guaranteed. Voice quality over mobile data networks varies depending on the quality of your mobile data network connection and cannot be guaranteed. If you have multiple Internet calling applications running on your Android device, they can conflict with each other and cause unpredictable behavior. If your corporate Wi Fi network uses layer 2 roaming, and a user is on a call and roaming between access points, the person on the other end may not be able to hear your audio for a few seconds.
