8 GUIDE TO COURSE FEES When can I enrol? INTEC has no set semesters, so you can start your studies when it suits you! Should you be doing an examination course, simply indicate this on your Enrolment Form. Exam fees are not included in course fees. How do I enrol? Enrolling at INTEC is as easy as A, B, C. A Read the brochure and decide on your course. B Complete the enrolment form and be sure to read the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement on the back of the Enrolment Form carefully. C Send your completed Enrolment Form and payment to INTEC using the pre-paid envelope provided. How does my employer sponsor me? Many companies sponsor the studies of their staff either in full or in part. Why not mention your studies to your employer? Remind them that they can claim from the Skills Levy Fund for investing in their employees education. To do this, they will need to quote INTEC s FET number: FET PA. How do I pay? First you have to decide whether you want to pay upfront, or in monthly instalments. You ll notice that the upfront amount is considerably less than the monthly instalments added together, so take a minute to decide which works best for you. Payment options Upfront Payment In this case, the full amount shown in the column needs to be paid. Upfront payment methods: Cheque, money transfer, bank deposit or Credit Card. (For money transfers or bank deposits, proof of payment must accompany the Enrolment Form.) Please note: Cheques: Make out to INTEC College and cross. Bank notes: Mail by Registered Post or pay at your nearest INTEC Branch. Bank deposits: Account Name: INTEC Bank: FNB Corporate Services Account No: Branch Code: Reference No: Your ID number (this is very important) Credit Card payment (for upfront payment only): Complete your Credit Card details on your Enrolment Form you also have the option to select your Credit Card s Budget Plan here. What other costs are there? Your Course Fee includes all the study material required for your course. Exam fees are however, excluded. Monthly Instalments - Debit Order Should you choose to pay in monthly instalments, you must complete a debit order authorisation form.
