2 TREATY ON THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION signed on May 29, 2014, came into force on January 1, 2015 ARTICLE 54 «Accreditation» ARTICLE 55 «Elimination of Technical Barriers in Mutual Trade with Third Countries» ANNEX 9 PROTOCOL on Technical Regulation within the EAEU «Accredited bodies on conformity assessment (including certification bodies, testing laboratories (centers)) conducting works of conformity assessment with the requirements of the technical regulations of the EAEU, shall be included into the unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the EAEU» ANNEX 11 PROTOCOL on Acceptance of the Results of Works on Accreditation «Member States mutually recognize the accreditation of conformity assessment bodies (including certification bodies and testing laboratories (centers)) in the national accreditation systems of the member States provided the accreditation bodies meet the provisions of Article 54 of the Treaty»
