20 COR Cycle Once a company achieves COR, it is valid for three years: Year One: IHSA auditor validates that the company/workplace meets the COR standard Year Two/Three: Company completes and submits a COR self-audit to validate that they continue to meet the standard Year Four: IHSA auditor validates that the company/workplace meets the COR standard 20
