3 Introduction This document lists the versions of HPE SecureData software components that have an End of Support (EOS) date assigned. The HPE SecureData products listed in this document are covered under the HPE Security Data Security End User License Agreement (EULA). According to the terms of the EULA in effect at the time that you licensed the software, HPE Security Voltage may discontinue support for specific versions of the software on the date that is 30 months from the date of GA (or subject to a shorter support period, depending upon your EULA). Once a software component version has reached its End of Support date, there will be no further code-level changes provided, including any fixes and updates. For customers with a current Maintenance and Support Agreement, HPE may accept requests for technical support for Major and Minor versions for a period of time after End of Maintenance; however, HPE does not provide software changes for those versions (e.g., fixes and updates). Additionally, HPE Security Data Security (formerly Voltage) does not provide extended support beyond the End of Support (EOS) date. Self-help resources for EOS versions will continue to be available at the HPE Data Security ( An HPE SecureData software version includes major and minor versions defined by the numbers before and after the first decimal point such as 3.0 and 3.1. Patch releases are sometimes issued; in these cases only the digits after the second decimal point are incremented in the software release such as being incremented to Patches are not considered new software versions; they are supported as long as the parent version, whether major or minor, is still within its maintenance and support period.
