18 Terms & Conditions Franchise Agreement Agreement should be of minimum 2 years and renewal is based on mutual understandings or progress report, franchise renewal fee is 500$ after 2 years. Royalty Royalty is charged as 20% and is based on the final(total) gross income. Franchise Fee Franchise fee is 5000$ USD for master franchise. In case of master franchise Byte code won t approach another franchise in same area.
