5 The Pegasystems Certified Prfessinal Prgram The Pegasystems Certified Prfessinal Prgram has created a wrldwide cmmunity f thusands f PRPC Certified System Architects (CSAs) and Certified Business Architects (CBAs), drawn by a cmmitment t excel in their ability t deliver wrld class PegaRULES Prcess Cmmander (PRPC) applicatins. When system and business architects participate in the design and cnstructin f a PRPC applicatin there are fundamental, essential PRPC skills and knwledge areas that must be applied t ensure success. These skills and knwledge areas frm the basis f the certificatin prgram, and are tested with each certificatin exam. 6 Abut the Exam Blueprint The purpse f the blueprint is t prvide yu with a radmap f the Certified Methdlgy Black Belt exam cntent t allw yu t better prepare fr the exam. The blueprint includes test dmain weighting, test bjectives, and tpical cntent. The tpics and cncepts are included t clarify the test bjectives. The exam is based upn the knwledge areas necessary fr a Certified Methdlgy Black Belt t be able t use the Direct Capture f Objectives (DCO) tls and apply best practices t define the scpe f a prject, capture its requirements/use case details, draft flws and UI, and facilitate DCO sessins. Candidates are tested n their: Understanding f the Pega BPM and Pega Scrum implementatin methdlgies Knwledge f DCO principles and tls Understanding f the separatin f the methdlgy frm the DCO tls that help t enable it Knwledge f the benefits f adpting DCO n matter what methdlgy is being used Understanding f the bjectives and gals f each phase t ensure the right detail is being captured Prerequisites The suggested training prerequisites fr this certificatin level are the cmpletin f the fllwing Pegasystems curses: PRPC: Fast Track 6.2 r PRPC: Business Architect Essentials 6.3 PRPC: Direct Capture f Objectives 6.3 The skills and knwledge areas measured by this exam are derived directly frm the cntent f these curses.

7 Exam Test Cmpetencies The table belw lists the test cmpetencies and the extent t which they are represented as an estimated percentage f test items.
