Based on Aspera FASP, the Aspera Mobile Uploader lets you upload photos or videos from the media library on your smartphone or tablet, or directly from your phone s camera to mobile-enabled Aspera servers. Simple mobile uploads Upload from photo/video collections, or from files created by other apps on your device. Upload single or multiple items from any app that supports the device s sharing functionality, including typical photo and video apps. Thumbnails of video and image files help you quickly identify content and ensure that you are working with the right assets. From ios devices The user determines the resolution of uploaded video that is being directly captured from the device camera up to the full resolution of the camera. Video may be uploaded at full resolution, or at graduated high, medium, and low resolution settings designed to optimize file size and picture quality. Transfers will continue to run in the background during phone calls or when using other applications for up to 10 minutes. If an upload cannot finish in time, it will be automatically stopped and restarted when the user returns to the Mobile Uploader app. From Android devices FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS View the transfer status and final results in the standard Android notification area, where the notification can be deleted when no longer needed. Rename files prior to upload or specify file name prefixes and suffixes for each asset. Define and use multiple transfer server accounts. One or more destination directories can be defined for any account, allowing uploads to be directed to specific locations on the specified Aspera server.
