2 The following are the responses to the unique queries discussed in the Pre-bid meeting. All the bidders are requested to refer the "Corrigendum" column for better clarity to the RFP document. However, it should be preferably from the industry leading OEM, best in class product present in respective Gartner s leaders quadrant. The capacity requirement for each of the Load Balancer appliance should provide: i. The SSL connection per second shall be scalable to TPS ii. Device Throughput 20 Gbps scalable to 40 Gbps iii. Compression Throughput 10 Gbps Scalable up 20 Gbps iv. SSL throughput: 10 Gbps Scalable upto 20 Gbps

Request to modify this to "The solution must be from OEM's listed in leaders quadrant for both load balancers and All Flash Arrays."

11 11 The solution should have queue based architecture with load Balancing, with an ability to hold and manage queue buffer of minimum 1 TB The solution must support minimum 5000 concurrent connections scalable up to concurrent connections Solution should support multiple Aggregators, if one of the aggregator system is down then the application should be able connect automatically (without manual intervention) to another aggregator seamlessly. 14 The solution should support multiple protocols like HTTPS, SMPP, JMS, AMQP, MQTT, REST, Web Sockets, etc. It is better to provide queue size in terms of number of messages to be supported. Also, please specify the maximum size to be supported as well, so that all bidders can size the platform to the same values. Can you please elaborate what do you mean by connections? It is assumed that tie-up with the Aggregators and SMS cost for delivery are outside the scope of this RFP. Please confirm SMPP is a telecommunication protocol, generally used in telecom communications. Request for removal of this as part of compliance requirement. Please refer the technical requirements, specified in Annexure-B1 of the RFP. Pg 53, point no. 28/29. Services required for consumption/integration of SMS gateway services. 17 Annexure - B1 / Annexure - B1 / 35 The solution must support Incoming SMSes from aggregators and gateways The bidder should provide the solution with the requirements in terms of network connectivity, Database/ Middleware/ Operating System needed to implement the proposed SMS Gateway Solution. We understand our system will receive these SMSes from the aggregators over a REST or JMS connection which will be consumer by some of the backend applications. Please confirm. Not clear if bidder need to bring all the components No change in Terms and conditions. 1. Any H/W and/or S/W component / tools / utilities etc. (including but not limited to any servers, power-cords, networkcords, fibre-cable, SAN switch, racks, PDUs, etc. with full redundancy and high availability consideration) required for the effective and optimal delivery of the entire solution has to be provisioned and provided by the bidder. 2. Even at a later stage if it is found that some of the components are missing, those have to be provided to the bank, by the bidder, without any cost implication. 3. All the components provided in the solution should have a service support for at least next two years in terms of spare parts, availability / firmware / patch availability and technical support. 4. Bidder has to provision for complete hardening of all the components of the system, as per Bank s provided SCD document.

Scaling the solution further may require hardware and implementation cost. We are assuming seperate commercials will be applicable for solution scaling at a later date. Please confirm if our understanding is correct.
