1 MORNINGTON COMMUNICATIONS COOPERATIVE LIMITED Page 1 Revision 2 1. GENERAL 1.01 Miscellaneous services are provided at the rates and charges specified. For all touch tone, custom calling and call management services, the administration charge will not apply. Normal MESC charges apply for Fictitious Number Assignment. 2. Touch-Tone Touch-Tone service uses tones generated by the Central Office equipment and controlled by the telephone set push buttons, to originate calls. Both a Touch-Tone line feature and a Touch-Tone telephone set are required to provide this service. Rates for the Touch-Tone line feature are included with the local access fee. 3.CUSTOM CALLING FEATURES 3.01 These features are furnished with individual line service, excluding the semi-public telephone service. They are provided through a digital central office, subject to the availability of suitable facilities The following custom calling features are provided: a) Call Forwarding provides for the transfer to another telephone of incoming calls by dialing a code and the telephone number of the service to which the calls are to be transferred. b) Speed Calling permits a customer to place calls to a previously designated list of frequently called numbers by dialing a speed call code rather than the complete number. There are two list lengths being 8 entries and 30 entries. c) Three-way Calling provides for holding an existing call and, by dialing a prefix code and the telephone number of a third telephone, extending the call to that telephone. This feature provides that only one of the three telephones may be outside the local service area of the telephone establishing the three-way call. Issued: Effective Authority: CRTC Order Date:

CUSTOM CALLING FEATURES (cont d) C (d) Call Waiting provides the ability for a customer to receive an incoming call when their central office line is in use. The called party hears a tone indicating an incoming call is waiting. At that point they can put the existing call on 'hold', or disconnect, and then receive the incoming call.

CUSTOM CALLING FEATURES (cont d) 3.03 The following rates and charges apply and are in addition to other applicable rates and charges: (a) Call Forwarding D CF Residence $2.00 CFBY Call Forward Busy $2.00 CFD Call Forward No Answer $2.00 (b) Speed Calling SP8 8 Code Speed Calling $2.00 SP30 30 Code Speed Calling $3.50 (c) Three-Way Calling D TWC Residence $2.00 (d) Call Waiting D CW Residence $2.00 CCW Cancel Call Waiting $2.00 The rate for a combination of any 3 of the above features (3.03a, b, c or d), with the exception of Speed Dial 30, would be $4.00 per month.

CALL MANAGEMENT SERVICE 4.01 Call Management Service (CMS) is comprised of network based line features, which are furnished with individual line primary exchange services except Public and Semi-Public, telephone services. The provision of these features and the ability to furnish the telephone number from which a call originates are subject to the availability of suitable facilities The following CMS features are provided: (a) Automatic Call Back allows the customer who encounters a busy number to dial an access code and have a call setup performed automatically when the called number becomes free. (b) Automatic Recall enables a customer to place a call to the last number from which a call was made regardless of whether the call was answered by the customer and whether the customer knows the number of the party who called. (c) Calling Number Delivery allows the customer's visual display equipment to receive and display a calling party's directory number. The customer must have a display device that is compatible with CMS. Issued Effective Authority: CRTC Order Date:
5 MORNINGTON COMMUNICATIONS COOPERATIVE LIMITED Page 3a Revision 1 (d) Calling Name Delivery allows the customer s visual display equipment to receive and display a calling party s name. The customer must have a display device that is compatible with CMS. Calling Number Delivery is a prerequisite for Calling Name Delivery. Effective , Calling Name and Calling Number Delivery will no longer be available on a stand-alone basis. All new subscriptions will be provided as per section 4.03 (a) CMS-50. Existing customers, including moves will continue to subscribe to Calling Number Display only or in combination with Calling Name Delivery at the individual rates as shown in section 4.03 (a) CMS-4 and/or CMS-5. (e) Visual Call Waiting is an integrated package comprised of Calling Number Delivery, Calling Name Delivery and Call Waiting, enhanced to also provide a visual display of the name and number of an incoming call to an off-hook in Private Name? Private Number Being displayed. Visual Call Waiting is only available to customers who are Calling Name _Calling Number Delivery capable and who use a Spontaneous Call Waiting with Identification (SCWID) compatible display terminal. (f) Distinctive Ring / Call Waiting allows the customer to specify three directory numbers that will cause distinctive rings and Call Waiting tones to be given when calls are received from the numbers. All other calls will ring normally. Call waiting is a prerequisite for Distinctive ring/call waiting and is included in the rates as outlined in subsection (g) Selective Call Forwarding allows the customer to select those calls that are to be forwarded. (h) Selective Call Rejection allows the customer to reject calls originating from directory numbers listed by the customer. All other calls will ring through as normal. (i) Selective Call Acceptance allows the customer to accept only those calls listed by the customer. All other calls will be automatically rejected and an announcement given to the caller stating that the called party does not wish to accept the call (a) The following rates and charges apply to each CMS feature for each line equipped and are in addition to other applicable rates and charges: CMS-1 AUTOMATIC CALL BACK $2.00 CMS-2 AUTOMATIC RECALL (Last Call Return) $2.00 CMS-4 CALLING NUMBER DELIVERY $2.00 CMS-5 CALLING NAME DELIVERY $4.50 CMS-50 CALLING NAME & NUMBER $4.50 CMS-6 DISTINCTIVE RING - CALL WAITING $3.50 CMS-7 SELECTIVE CALL FORWARDING $2.00 CMS-8 SELECTIVE CALL REJECTION $2.00 CMS-9 SELECTIVE CALL ACCEPTANCE $2.00 CMS-10 VISUAL CALL WAITING $7.50 D (b) The Automatic Call Back and Automatic Recall functions referenced in section 4.02 (a) and (b) are also provided, when available, on a pay-per activation to all CMS-eligible customers except for those already subscribing to Automatic Call Back and Automatic Recall. No service charges are applied to provide these functions on this basis. The following usage charges apply to these functions as well as Three-way Calling.

8 MORNINGTON COMMUNICATIONS COOPERATIVE LIMITED Page 4b Revision 1 5. TEEN SERVICE 5.01 Teen Service enables two telephone numbers to be assigned to an individual line service. Each telephone number has a different ringing pattern so that the called party can determine which number has been called. A typical application would be for parents to be called with one of the assigned numbers and their children to be called by the second number. Customers having the Call Waiting feature assigned to their line will receive distinctive Call Waiting tones for each of the assigned numbers

TEEN SERVICE CONT D 5.02 The rates for Teen Service are in addition to other applicable rates and charges as specified in the Company's Tariff. TEEN Teen Service $4.25 D 6. WARM LINE SERVICE 6.01 Warm Line Service is a line feature, which causes a pre-assigned number to be automatically dialed if a subscriber attempts to make a call but does not dial a number within 30 seconds. The subscriber may make calls in the normal manner or else go to the pre-assigned number by just staying off-hook. As an example, immediate access can be provided to an emergency number in the case of a subscriber needing help but is unable to dial out The rates for Warm Line Service are in addition to other applicable rates and charges as specified in the Company's Tariff. 7. BUSY LINE VERIFICATION AND INTERRUPTION WARM Warm Line Service N/C See Ontario Independent Services Tariff Section 4, Page CALLING CARD - FICTITIOUS NUMBER ASSIGNMENT CHARGE 8.01 A Calling Card bearing a fictitious telephone number may be issued by the Company to approved individuals to cater to special needs.
