2 Cootree (they actually were so confident in these headphones they gave me this pair for free to test and review). Cons: - Rubber plug (for accessing the charging port) is difficult to peal open. Note: This could be purposeful since they want to make it sweat proof and keep out moisture. Hint:Just use a sharp, pointy knife to pry open the rubber plug. If you're a lady with long finger nails, that'd probably work.sadly I do not have long finger nails. Mine are stubby and manly. Like my beard. - Rubber hooks don't really do much to secure into your ear.it's very soft, floppy rubber. I have no experience with any of them except for Cootree, which they've been wonderfully friendly, kind, responsive, and they have fast shipping.if you're up for buying these, I would recommend going through the folks at Cootree. (no I don't work for them! Just my humble opinion!) I work outside in the weather all year long and listen to Pandora on my Galaxy S4. I probably go through 3-4 pairs of head phones each year and constantly struggle to find the right type. Last year I spent $50 on some Beats by Dre and the cord broke immediately, don't waste your money. Then, I went with cheaper almost disposable ear buds for $10 but lost the sound quality. When Cootree asked me to try out their QCY Bluetooth 4.1 Portable Mini Ear Buds I was very interested. Clearly I have a lot of experience with different types of headphones. The Cootree set has totally exceeded my expectations! They combine durable cord shapes (flat and smooth) with well-fitting ear buds that produce a high quality audio experience. I was concerned the bluetooth factor would lessen the sound quality but it definitely has not. I charge them overnight and they last for my entire work day of eight hours. I saw other reviews reference issues removing the small rubber cover in order to plug the ear buds in to charge, I have not had any issues removing that piece. I just use my fingers. These ear buds are awesome. I think they look great, they are tough and stand up to what I put them through and appear to have what it takes to last a long time. My experience with Cootree has been very favorable, the shipping was quick, and the price point makes total sense. I received this at no cost. This exact same headset is sold in different colors by other companies as model QY7 for about the same price (I have received two of those other headsets so far), and they all sound and perform the same, so it really doesn't matter which brand you buy. So let's take a look at this model. 1. These ear buds are very comfortable to wear and don't fall out when I exercise or run.

3 But you have to make sure you insert them properly with the wingtips. The ear buds themselves are angled for a more secure and comfortable fit. If inserted properly, they stay put and produce a more robust sound than on many other headsets. Even though these don't have noise canceling technology, they still keep out lots of ambient noise. In my office I crank the internal volume control to the max (which I do as a matter of routine on all headsets), use the medium volume setting on my iphone 6, and can't hear anybody talking. 2. This headset comes with the medium size earbuds installed, but also includes small and large sizes if those fit you better, plus extra wingtips. Also, because the loop is soft and flexible (unlike the rigid plastic loop on some headsets), these are comfortable to wear lying down or sitting in a chair (like in a car or plane). 3. This comes with a short (6 3/4) flat noodle micro USB cable for charging. The cover on the micro USB port is a bit of a pain to remove (I had to use a paper clip). However, that's a very minor annoyance. I've also read negative comments about the directions being in too small a typeface (not the ones I received) and this not coming with a carry bag (so put it in a Ziplock bag if you don't have any extra carry bags laying around). For me, none of this warrants deducting a star as some of the negative reviews have done. Sound, comfort, style and performance are what I care about, and this headset excels in all. 4. What about the sound? This is one of the best sounding bluetooth headsets I've tested. The sound is clear, the bass is good, the treble is not tinny, and the music is very robust. Two important keys to good sound are an internal volume control and ear buds that fit securely, and this headset has both. This also looks good--better in person than in the picture on. Nothing cheap looking or feeling about this. 5. This paired effortlessly with my iphone 6. Just hold down the multifunction button on the earpiece that has the volume controls until you see the flashing red/blue light. 6.
