1 VWC2-H4 Series Video Wall Controller SPECIFICATIONS Version 2 DESIGN TOR (Tender of Reference) Structure Video wall controller shall be hardware based processing. Video wall controller front panel shall have LED screen to display the device IP address. Video wall controller shall have push buttons on front panel. Video wall controller shall support configure IP address via front panel buttons. Video wall controller shall be modular designed for flexible configuration of input and output cards. Video wall controller shall support 4/ 6/ 8/ 14/ 19 U size chassis with mounting structure. Video wall controller shall support easy expanding for future upgrade.

2 Processing Video wall controller shall be FPGA based, supporting firmware upgrades to new functionality. Video wall processors that are not FPGA based shall not be accepted. Video wall controller shall apply parallel processing and cross bar technology, NOT PCI/PCI-E technology. Each input and output slot is independent, the bandwidth shall not less than to 20Gbps per input slot (or minimum 5Gbps per input channel) and 80Gbps per output slot (or minimum 20Gbps per output channel). Video wall controller shall NOT cause any Microsoft Windows vulnerability, virus risk, Microsoft Windows breakdown risk or blue screen errors. Video wall controller shall have up to 1600Gbps bandwidth of the switching backplane. Inputs and outputs Video wall controller shall support cross conversion of the following signals: DVI HD, Dual-Link DVI 4K, HDMI HD, HDMI 4K, VGA, Component, Composite, YC, SD-HDI, HD-SDI, 3G-SDI, HDBaseT HD and HDBaseT 4K. Video wall controller shall support up to 3840x for each input and output, backward compatible of all standard resolutions and resolution shall support being customized. Video wall controller shall support at least 2x 4K UHD channels per input card and 4x 4K UHD channels per output card. Video wall controller shall support up to up to 148x 1080P inputs or 74x 4K UHD inputs by single unit.

Video wall controller shall support up to 3840x per output and backward compatible of all standard resolutions and resolution support being customized. Stability Video wall controller shall have real redundant power supplies. The redundant PSU shall take over automatically without any interruption of controller running. Video wall controller shall have hot-swappable input cards and output cards. Video wall controller shall support dual control cards; Both of control cards shall work concurrently, if one breakdown, another will take over automatically. Video wall controller shall support hot-swappable input and/ or output channel card. Video wall controller that does not support hot-swappable input and/ or output channel card shall not be accepted. Video wall controller shall support real time status monitoring for any modular cards temperature (input cards, output cards, control cards), version, manufacturing information, and fan speed. Video wall controller shall support auto-adjust of cooling fan speed according to temperature changes.

4 Video wall controller shall support monitor the display of physical display wall by real time. Video wall controller shall support auto and manually backup of the configuration. Video wall controller shall support export of configuration file. Video wall controller shall support importing the configuration file to control card. Video wall controller shall support on-site firmware upgrade. Video wall controller shall support remote standby and wakeup by one-touch operation via the web-based software. Video wall controller shall support EDID management, to import and export EDID file. Function Video wall controller shall support embedded scaling function for all the input and output signals. Video wall controller shall support overlap, stretching, zooming, cross screen, and picture in picture (PIP) of display at any position of the Video Wall. Video wall controller shall support window locking; the window size and position will be fixed and can t be moved once locked. Video wall controller shall support at least 4 layers per display/screen. Video wall controller shall support scrolling text to show news, notifications, or slogan, the font and moving speed, background shall support being self-defined.

5 Video wall controller shall support OSD, to display the input name on the screen, the text, font, background shall support self-define. In addition, the picture shall also be allowed for OSD. Video wall controller shall support manage more than 4x groups of display wall simultaneously, each display wall can be different display device, resolution, or size. All the display wall shall support be managed concurrently by real time. Video wall controller shall support input source cropping to cut out the black edges and / or cut any part to emphasize details. The cropping shall be pixel level. Video wall controller shall support drag and drop cropping with real-time preview of the current video signal. Video wall controller shall support smooth display for high speed moving video without any frame lost or trailing. Video wall controller shall support color and brightness adjustment to eliminate the discrepancy of different projectors projection. Video wall controller that does not support color and brightness adjustment to eliminate the discrepancy of different projectors projection shall not be accepted. Video wall controller shall support bezel compensation to display complete and non-distortion image. Video wall controller shall support seamless switching, the switching time shall less than 20ms. Video wall controller shall support less than 16ms action time when creating new window. Video wall controller shall support less than 16ms action time when recalling the scenario. Video wall controller shall support unlimited preset saving, recalling, and auto-circle setup.

6 Video wall controller shall support arbitrary routing of display device. Video wall controller shall auto detect the connected input resources/contents/channels ID and make it easy for cabling orders identification. Video wall controller shall have the capability to adjust the relations between output channel and input channel via web-based software and NO need to change the cabling order. Control Video wall controller shall support control via any PC, mobile device with ios and/or Android system. Video wall controller shall support web-based control via IP, not necessary to install any software. Video wall controller shall support control by RJ45 and RS232. Video wall controller shall support drag and drop operation with GUI design for control interface. Video wall controller shall support viewing all the input source contents and the virtual wall display by real time via control device. Video wall controller shall support multiple users to control the controller concurrently. Video wall controller shall support authorize user precise access to display wall configuration, control certain input source, certain display wall area, status monitoring, preset management. Video wall controller shall support pre-editing of scenario without interfering the current display before apply.
