The il series street light equipped with our latest universal LED modules, delivering superb performance of LED Lighting and high reliability. Exxon Lighting's universal LED module provides excellent flexibility of LED lights. Protect the LED Source As the key to guarantee the total life span of the luminaire, the protection of the LED source is the core topic in the design of our luminaire. The carefully selected Mitsubishi PC cover and waterproof rubber ring ensure the total IP of the whole product, and it also protects the LED chip from external agents and impact. Temperature Control Our il street light is designed with a superb heat radiation technique. The heat and air go through the whole luminaire via the gaps between the modules. This product also has a self-clean ability, when it rains, the fixture will be washed and the dirt automatically washes out. With excellent heat radiation ability, the temperature rise of il street light is <26 C The lamp can work in any environment from -40 C to 50 C. If the environment is 40 C, the maximize temperature on the lamp is 66 C. But the Philips Luxeon T chips can afford 110 C. This ensures the long life span and performance of the whole luminaire. 1

5 Universal LED Module The light source of il street light is our universal LED module. This is the same module as used in Exxon Lighting's i Series high bay/flood/tunnel light, ir Series canopy light, ip series parking light, etc. This module brings excellent flexibility on production, logistics and marketing promotion. This module is 40W each, IP67, and with 14 LED chips inside. Unlike the glue type, the universal module uses a graphite plate under the PCB board to strengthen the heat radiation. The glue will dry after 2-3 years but the graphite plate can last forever. And the graphite itself has higher heat radiation efficiency. This unversal module is the core fundation to keep the 26 degrees temperature from rising the entire luminaire but also providing outstanding performanc e. Diversified Installation Methods The il street light is suitable for all the installtion methods. Its standard bracket angle can be adjusted from 0-90 degrees. And it can also be installed on a square shape pole by simply adding an extra converter. The standard bracket of il street light is based on 60mm round port. There are many different brackets or converters prepared for il street light, such as round to square, 60-48mm, 60-80mm, etc. 4

Such as highway, express way, road, ave walking path or parking lot. Exxon Lighting provides different lens for the il Series street light to achieve different light dist ributions. Exxon Lighting follows the North American IESNA standard in providing the optional lens with Type II and Type III. The Type II lens is suitable for highway with 2 lanes, Type III A is for 3 lanes and Type III B is for even wider road. Exxon Lighting selects the lens for its customer according to the detailed parameters project by project. In the IESNA standard, the Type II lens is normally used in the entrance of wide sidewalks, bicycle path, street or any other long but narrow areas. For this lens, the street light needs to be installed on the side of the road instead of the middle. The width of the light distribution is about 1.75 times the installation height of the street light. 6

The Type III B lens has even longer distributions on the vertical directions. The 80*150 beam angle makes it suitable for a street with 4 lanes. 8

10 Solar Street Light System STL STL STL Exxon Lighting provides a comprehensive solution of LED solar street lighting system. The 40W, 80W and 120W models of il series street light is suitable for this application. A standard solar lighting system includes a DC version street light (40W, 80W or 120W), a solar panel, controller and the lead-acid battery. The 40W is based on 12VDC and 24VDC, the 80W and 120W models are based on 24VDC. 9

11 Intelligent Street Lighting System Exxon Lighting provides a total solution for street lighting systems, like DALI system or Zigbee system. The whole system is driven by the GPRS or CDMA wireless network. For example, intelligent street lighting system of 3 roads will consist of a centralized controller on each road and a single light controller on each pole. Each single street light is a control node in the system. And the whole system is monitored and controlled by a general monitoring center with specialized software. 10
