1 A GENERAL REQUIREENTS 1.0 SCOPE OF WORKS 1.1 Bidder UST fully comply with the scope of works, which include the supply, delivery, testing, commissioning, handover and acceptance of the hardware specified in Bill of Quantities and Price Schedules. 1.2 The hardware shall be delivered (including appropriate packaging) to CyberSecurity alaysia, Selangor, alaysia. 1.3 Bidder s partial compliance to the said scope of works shall be disqualified. 2.0 S RESPONSIBILITY 2.1 The bidder shall review this document and take full responsibility of obtaining information from CyberSecurity alaysia as may be required to meet the specifications and requirements. I 2.2 The bidder shall review and fulfill all specifications and requirements before committing to sign the purchase agreement. 2.3 The bidder shall be the authorized representative of the hardware and software in alaysia. The bidder UST provide letter of confirmation or appointment from the original hardware and software manufacturer for our reference. 3.0 PAST EXPERIENCES 3.1 Bidder shall have at least three (3) years experiences in supplying IT equipment. 3.2 Bidder to provide list of client reference. 2 4.0 DOCUENTATION REQUIREENTS 4.1 All documentation shall be in English. Bidder shall be responsible for any translation cost incurred (if any) in regard to the submission of the documentation required by this tender. 4.2 CyberSecurity alaysia reserves the right to reproduce all or part of the document submitted by the bidder for internal use. G 4.3 Bidder to provide brochures and other relevant documentation for the proposed hardware. G 5.0 WARRANTY REQUIREENTS 5.1 The warranty shall include both parts and labor. 5.2 All hardware to have one (1) year standard warranty and maintenance services from the date of commissioning and acceptance by CyberSecurity alaysia. 6.0 DELIVERY REQUIREENTS 6.1 Successful bidder shall complete the entire scope of works within four (4) to six (6) weeks after receipt of CyberSecurity alaysia Letter of Acceptance (LOA). 6.2 CyberSecurity alaysia has the right to reject any kind of bugs during or after installation. The replacement shall be done within the four (4) to six (6) weeks without extra charge. 6.3 The bidder shall be responsible for any incidence occurred during transportation of the unit to CyberSecurity alaysia site.
