Developed over 24 months, improvements and additions to the range include: new generation electronic push button switches and dimmers with customisable LED colours; 16AX fluoro rated standard switch mechanisms; internal safety shutters on all powerpoints; all-in-one multifunction rotary switches; single module time delay and surge protection modules, as well as unique LED ring kits that can be fitted to any 16A or 20A standard rocker for a stylish upgrade. All Excel Life products are available in 2 different formats for the first time: the Dedicated Plate series, a progression from the existing Excel, and the all new Common Plate series which features a common coverplate that can be used across the range. A secure plate, with screw lock, is also now available for installations where protection against theft and damage is important. Showing the company s commitment to reducing environmental impact, the environmental footprint of Excel Life product is smaller than any comparable product on the market today. And in an industry first, Legrand is introducing Product Environmental Profiles (PEPs) in response to market demand for more information about the environmental impact of products.
