9 TRIO.BAS Calibration Flowchart Step 1 Hardy s Service Technician contacts customer when calibration is coming due and provides Form HDQA 4692A Calibration Service Request. NOTES Step 3 Hardy s Customer Service Representative enters customer order and notifies Hardy s service technician. Step 2 Customer fills out form HDQA 4692A Calibration Service Request and sends to CustService@HardyDiagnostics.com. The form can also be completed and submitted online at Step 4 Hardy s Service Technician sends Form HDQA 4629C Calibration Service Confirmation and Submission Guide to customer. Step 5 The customer prepares the unit(s) for shipping following the submission guide (HDQA 4629C) and ship unit(s) to Hardy for Servicing. Step 7 Hardy s Service Technician ships unit(s) with a NIST Traceable Calibration Certificate back to the customer, which starts the invoicing process.
