May 28 th, 2013 How to use the pairing program to repair wireless mouse or keyboard Please download a pairing program from our official website and then follow the instruction: 1. plug in the USB receiver, turn off the product or take out the battery of the product 2. choose mouse or keyboard and then click pair with another wired mouse if you use a desktop 3. the left lower corner of the pairing tool will say" Please press the left button, middle button and right button simultaneously " or "Please press the Esc and Pause button simultaneously" 4. turn on the product or put battery in the product and then keep pressing the buttons told by the pairing tool until paired or pairing failed The pairing steps of H8020 H1000 H1030 H1080 H8000 H Please first charge it to make sure the energy level is good 2. Please pair it with your pc to restore the signal connection. a. Turn on the device, and then press the power button vertically until the LED blinks quickly. b. Plug in the USB transmitter, and then press the pair hole with a slim tip until the LED blinks quickly and then stays on. c. Both the LED light of the headset and the transmitter will stay on when pairing is successful. 3. Try your headset on other pc to see it can work with other pc or not. The pairing steps of H8030, H3000, H keep pressing the power button of the headset vertically until the LED light blinks quickly 2. Plug the USB transmitter into your pc 3. Both LED lights of the headset and the transmitter will stay on when pairing is successful. The pairing steps of H3010, H keep pressing the power button of the headset for 3-5 seconds, the LED indicator light blinks quickly 2. keep pressing the power button of the transmitter for 3-5 seconds. 3. If it pairs successfully the LED indicator light of the transmitter and the headset will stay on. The pairing steps of H8010, H8060, H keep pressing the power button of the headset vertically until the LED light blinks quickly. 2. connect power to the power adapter and connect the power adapter to the transmitter 3. keep pressing the power button of the transmitter until the LED light blinks quickly and then stays on. T6 s pairing steps If your T6 still cannot work normally, please try to repair for your mouse. The pairing steps are as below: 1. turn off the mouse and take off the battery 1
2 2. plug the T6's receiver into the USB port of the PC 3. put on the battery, keep turning on the power button and pressing the left button or the right button of the mouse simultaneously for 3-5 seconds. 4. if it repairs successfully the LED light on the back of the mouse will stay on, the cursor can move normally, buttons can work normally Rapoo 2900 E2700 E9080 pairing steps 1. Please first charge the keyboard to make sure the energy level is good. 2. the pairing steps are: a : turn off the keyboard, b: plug in the receiver, c: turn on the keyboard d :keep pressing "Esc and "Pause break" keys for 5 seconds 3. If it is repaired successfully the mouse cursor can work normally. Please remember to plug the receiver again after successful pairing. Intermittent issue of wireless mouse and keyboard 1. It is suggested to change batteries to make sure the battery level is good. 2. Make sure there is no other wireless device around or keep other wireless devices away since other wireless devices such as a wireless router may cause signal jamming. 3. The maximum working range of our products is 8-10 meters. Please keep the product in the working range 4. It is suggested to repair them to make sure the signal connection is normal. You can see to download a pairing program and the follow the pairing steps. Wireless keyboard s regular keys can work but the multi-media keys cannot work. Please follow the steps as below: 1. for Windows XP operation system a) right click My Computer icon - choose Manage - choose Service and Application Program - double click Service - start HID Interface Service 2. for windows vista/7 a) right click Computer icon - choose Manage - choose Service and Application Program - double click Service - start Human Interface Device Access Gesture functions of E9080: 1. numeric keypad mode 2. multi-touch mode: Left button:using one finger clicks on the surface Right button:using three fingers click on the surface Forward:Using two fingers swipe left Back:Using two finger swipe right Scroll wheel:using two fingers slide up and down Mouse cursor:using one finger slide on the surface Zoom in: Holding ctrl button and using two fingers slide up at the same time (works on E9080 only) 2

You can check that whether your E9080 supports drag & drop function according to the tips as below 1. There is a red light on the numeric keypad. If the red light turns on and then off when you change the mode of the numeric keypad, this version of E9080 supports drag& drop function. change to multi - touch mode one finger quickly double-click the surface choose the object you want to drag& drop move the object to the place you want to drop one finger quickly double-click the surface then drop the object 2. if the red light keeps blinking quickly and then off when you change the mode of the numeric keypad, this E9080 does not support the drag & drop function. E9080 s touchpad stop working 1. Please change batteries to make sure the energy level is good 2. When the touchpad does not work, please try to press any key of the keyboard to see if the keyboard can be woken up 3. right click My Computer or Computer icon - Manage - Device Manager -Human Interface Device, under the Human Interface Device delete all the items appear when plug the USB receiver of E9080 and then scan for hardware changes. 4. Repair the keyboard. Pairing steps are as below: a) a : turn off the keyboard, b) b: plug in the receiver, c) c: turn on the keyboard d) d: keep pressing "Esc and "Pause break" keys for 5 seconds 5. If it is repaired successfully the mouse cursor can work normally. Please remember to plug the receiver again after successful pairing. The gesture functions on T6 as below: Left button:click in the left click area or Using two fingers click respectively in left and right click area at the same time. Right button:click in the right click area. Scroll wheel:using one finger or two fingers swipe gently along the mouse surface Backward:Using two fingers swipe left Forward:Using two finger swipe right Tilt left:using one finger swipes left Tilt right:using one finger swipes right Note: The two tilt gestures under Windows XP can only be functional by driver installed. 4 Press Fn + Esc/F1- F12 can realize the functions as below: homepage, search, digital picture frame mode, forward, backward, play/pause, mute, volume +, volume -, lock/unlock, delete one line, restore, copy, paste, display/hide keyboard How to change language input method on E6300 Use the soft/virtual keyboard of your Ipad to change the language. There is a virtual soft keyboard in the Ipad like the picture below. Click the key which looks like the earth to change the input method. How to use H How to use the Mic wirelessly There is a cable in the package with a USB jack at one end and two mini USB jacks at the other end. Plug the USB end into the USB port of your PC and one mini USB end into the receiver's mini USB port. Remember not to plug the 3.5mm audio jack of the receiver into any other devices. Turn on the receiver, keep pressing the power button of the Headphone for 3seconds to turn on it, the green Led lights of the headphone and the receiver will stay on (if the energy is at good level). a) go to "Adjust Audio Properties" to configure the microphone b) set the Rapoo Wireless Audio as your default device under the "Voice" and "Audio" tabs 2.How to use it to listen to the music under wireless mode and wired mode wireless mode plug into the receiver into a 3.5mm audio port of your PC or MP4 or other devices with 3.5mm audio port turn on the receiver, keep pressing the power button of the Headphone for 3seconds to turn on it, the green Led lights of the headphone and the receiver will stay on (if the energy is at good level) wired mode there is a cable in the package with a mini USB jack at one end an a 3.5mm audio jack at the other end plug the mini USB end into the mini USB port of the headphone and 3.5mm audio end into the 3.5mm port of your PC or MP4 or other devices with 3.5mm audio port then it will work as a regular wired headset How to use wireless headset on Mac Please make sure the headset is recognized by your MAC and fully charged. Operation steps for Mac OS: 1. Go to your computer, click the (apple) icon on the top left corner, and click on "System Preferences..." Double click the(sound) icon under the tab labeled "Hardware". 4
5 2. Under the "Output" tab, you will see multiple options for sound output. Make sure that the option titled "Rapoo Wireless Audio" is highlighted. If not, double-click it to highlight. 3. Go to the "Input" tab and verify that the option titled "Rapoo Wireless Headset" is highlighted. If not, double-click it to highlight. 4. NOTES: Every time you plug the transmitter into the USB port on the Mac, you will need to repeat steps 1-3 for proper port synchronization. After installing a Rapoo driver, it prompts every time when I reboot my pc Please press Windows + R - enter msconfig - there will appear a System Configuration interface - choose Startup - Disable Rapoo wireless under Startup 5
6 Single click results in double click 1. Please first check Control Panel - Mouse - Double Click Speed to see whether the double click speed is too high, if it is please decrease it. 2. If you adjust the speed but the same problem still happens, there may be hardware problem of the mouse. T6 mouse - it scrolls vertically but not horizontally. T6 mouse, if you want it to scroll horizontally, it means that you want it to realize its tilt left and tilt right function. Please first notice that the two tilt gestures under Windows XP can only be functional by driver installed and the tilt left and tilt right is used in navigating across wide spreadsheets, Web pages and other documents. Then check whether the gestures are right :Tilt left:using one finger swipes left Tilt right:using one finger swipes right I want to have a light indicates when I press Capslock and Numlock Please download V1.5 driver, here is the link: After installing the diver please reboot your pc. When you turn on Capslock and Numlock, there will be indication at right lower corner of your screen. Difference between E6300, E6500 and E6100 E specially designed for ipad. 7 How to make two H8060 headsets share one transmitter One H8060 transmitter can support two H8060 headsets. All you need to do is to repairing. The pairing steps are as below (all the pairing steps should be finished on the two headsets simultaneously): connect power to the power adapter and connect the power adapter to the transmitter keep pressing the power button of the headset vertically until the LED light blinks quickly. keep pressing the power button of the transmitter until the LED light blinks quickly and then stays on. Both LED lights of the headsets and the transmitter will stay on when pairing is successful. Turn on the transmitter and plug it into play devices, turn on the headsets, and then you can use two headsets to enjoy the music plays on the play device. How to make two H3050 headsets share a transmitter The pairing steps are as below (all the pairing steps should be finished on the two headsets and one USB transmitter simultaneously) keep pressing the power button of the two headsets vertically until the LED lights blink quickly (you can use your right hand to hold one headset and the left hand hold the other). plug the USB transmitter, the LED lights of the two headsets will stay on if pair successfully plug the transmitter, turn on the headsets, then you can use two headsets to enjoy the music plays on one computer. When I use wireless headset, wifi is interfered Because all the 2.4Gh wireless products work at the same frequency band, there exists the possibility of signal interference especially when the headset is transmitting high-frequency signals. To solve this problem, it is suggested to keep the wireless router away from the transmitter. Wireless keyboard and mouse cannot find the driver and do not work 1. All the wireless keyboards and mice of our company are plug-and-play. No matter it works under Windows XP/7 or Windows 8, it does not need any other driver. The driver disk in the package is for buttons or keys customization. 2. The first time the user uses RAPOO wireless product under Win 7, it will prompts that it is installing the device driver and install the driver successfully at the right lower corner of the screen when plug the USB receiver. The items under Human Input Device are normal (right click My Computer or Computer icon - Manage - Device Manager -Human Interface Device) as the below picture. In this condition, the mouse or the keyboard can work normally when you put batteries in it and turn it on. 7
8 3. If user plugs the USB receiver, but it does not prompt that install the driver successfully at the right lower corner of the screen. Please right click My Computer or Computer icon - Manage - Device Manager -Human Interface Device, check whether the USB receiver is recognized. If there is a yellow exclamation point or a question mark under the Human Input Device, please delete it and scan for hardware changes. You can click the Scan for Hardware Changes to let the system install driver automatically. After the driver being successfully installed, the wireless product can work normally. 4. If plug the USB receiver, the PC ask for driver, it is the USB driver of the operation system that is not complete, please follow the steps as below. 8
9 Use the operation system disc of the PC to restore the driver Download a driver that can help you check what driver is not installed and install the driver, such as Driver Genius and Driver Zone Scanner. Rapoo product s energy-saving sleep mode Rapoo mouse and keyboard has energy-saving design, that is, if the product is not used within 5-8 minutes it will fall asleep and it can be woken up by moving it or press any button of it. Please first check whether your problem is like this. Wireless mouse/keyboard suddenly stops working 1. Please change batteries or charge the product to make sure the product s energy level is good. 2. Please check whether the product is recognized. 3. Go to Device Manager -Human Interface Device to see whether there is a yellow exclamation point or a question mark or not in this HID item. if there is, please delete it and scan for hardware changes. 4. Please download a pairing program from our official website to repair the signal connection of the product. Please remember to replug the USB receiver after successful pairing. 5. If all the items above do not work, please try the product on other pc to see if the same problem happens. When I plug the USB receiver of wireless mouse or keyboard, it cannot be recognized by my pc 1. please check the insulating paper near the battery in your mouse or keyboard is removed or not. 2. please check whether the battery in your mouse or keyboard is put in a correct direction or not. 3. please change a new battery to make sure the battery level is good 4. Please check whether the product is recognized. 5. Go to Device Manager -Human Interface Device to see whether there is a yellow exclamation point or a question mark or not in this HID item. if there is, please delete it and scan for hardware changes. 6. Restart the computer, enter the BIOS to change the USB settings, modify the state "Disabled" to the state "Enabled", save it and then enter the system. 7. update your computer's USB driver 8. update your computer's operation system Wireless keyboard work well on a pc but cannot work on another pc 1. Please check whether the product is recognized. 2. Go to Device Manager -Human Interface Device to see whether there is a yellow exclamation point or a question mark or not in this HID item. if there is, please delete it and scan for hardware changes. 3. Restart the computer,press DEL or F2 key to enter BIOS interface, set Yes at PNP/PCI Configuration- PNP OS Installed item 4. modify the state "Disabled" to the state "Enabled" in Assign IRQ for USB item, press F10 key to save it and then enter the system. 5. update your computer's USB driver 6. update your computer's operation system How to use H3050 and set it on Win7 Please follow the steps as below to use the headset(it does not need driver). 9
10 1. press the power button vertically to turn on the headset and the green LED light near the power button will begin to blink. 2. plug the USB transmitter into your pc, the the LED light near the power button will stop blinking and stay on. 3. right-click the horn icon at the right corner of the desktop of your PC, choose Playback Devices - Play - choose Rapoo Wireless Audio as your default playback device. 4. start your media-player (or other player) to listen to the music. How to use Wireless Mouse s side buttons Please note that the forward/backward side buttons are used in browsing two or more windows/ folders. If you want to customize the side buttons, such as change the forward button to copy or paste function, you can download a configuration driver from our official website Difference between 2.4 G& Bluetooth and why Bluetooth product does not have a dongle Transmission frequency of Bluetooth wireless and 2.4G wireless are in the same range between GHz ISM wireless spectrum. The largest difference is that the interface of Bluetooth is opening, while the 2.4G wireless technology is matched by the code. It's similar to the case that your Bluetooth phones can transfer data to another one inside a specified distance whatever its brand. While, 2.4G wireless mouse could only contact with the same trademark equipment. That is why H3050 and H3070 need USB or 3.5mm transmitter to receive or transmit signals while H6020 or H6060 Bluetooth headset does not need. How to connect E6100 to your PC 1. Power on your PC 2. turn on the keyboard and press the connect button on the back of the keyboard until the indication light begins to blink quickly 3. Add Bluetooth device on your PC: 1) left click Start - Devices and Printers - Add a device 2) pc starts to search Bluetooth devices, choose E6100 Bluetooth keyboard and click Next 3) use the keyboard to enter the password appeared on the PC's screen. 4. the keyboard connects successfully. How to increase volume on Skype when use a Rapoo wireless headset 1. right click the horn icon at the right lower corner, go to Recording Device to configure the microphone, set Rapoo Wireless Audio as your default device under Recording tabs, increase the volume 2. Select Call- Audio settings - set Rapoo Wireless Audio as the Microphone and increase the volume 3. You can also speak to see there is change under volume. See the pictures as below 10
11 Difference between E9080 &E9180P 1. E9180P uses 5.8Ghz transmission technology, which is more stable and responsive than 2.4Ghz. E9180P's touchpad is supports up to 15 gestures, some of the gestures are useful under Win8 OS and you can customize the gestures through driver. 2. E9080 uses 2.4GHZ transmission technology, which is widely used in wireless products. E9080's touch pad is the combination of printed numpad and touchpad. It's touch pad supports typing numbers and basic mouse functions (left click, right click, move cursor). 11
