1 Vise4 Solid, Simple, Secure Description The Vise retail display system is a universal claw solution that is used to protect virtually every Smartphone, Tablet and electronic device currently on the market. Using a solid mechanical protection and electronic alarming, the latest rendition of RTF s Vise series focuses on the strength of a solution instead of the individual components. The Vise4 consists of three different sets of claws to provide maximum security for 100% of handheld devices on the market. This aesthetically pleasing system rejuvenates RTF s passion to be a piece of jewelry that clasps the device securely. More focus is placed on the finishing quality and it is available in silver, black, and white to compliment any device. As beautiful as the system is, it is still low profile with only two arms to ensure that the device it holds is displayed, not the system protecting it. 2 Vise4 Vise4 delivers unrivalled physical security for Smartphones, Phablets, and other electronic devices on display. This mechanical and electronic loss prevention system is sleek, low profile, and flexible, enhancing the customer experience without inhibiting movement or setting off false alarms. It protects 100% of handheld devices, with flexible configurations for theft prevention and is available in one of three finishing colours to compliment any device A Vise4 Electronic Pad and Post Vise4 assemblies consist of Claws, Pad, Post and Tapes W Vise4 [Smartphone 4] White S Vise4 [Phablet 7] Silver B Vise4 [Phablet 9] Black B Vise4 Charge Cap [Smartphone] Charge Caps Charge caps align into the ridges of the charge mount on one side using rare earth magnets to position the device perfectly, every time. The charge cap centers on the yoke, not the claws, allowing for larger arm sizes to be introduced. Gold plated contact pins between the cap and mount allow an electric current to flow freely to the device for complete charging and a blue LED light on the mount visually confirms full power charging. With the Vise4 charge cap and mount, devices are quickly and easily positioned in either landscape or portrait. Charge Cap assemblies for Vise4 consist of Charge Cap, Charge End, Thin Two Hole Nut and Tape where applicable for charge ends. Charge Ends Vise4 ensures displayed devices remain fully charged giving the customer an opportunity to interact with and experience the product. Vise4 charge ends are produced to fit Micro USB, Samsung, Apple, and handheld game system inputs. Charge ends can be quickly connected and disconnected to and from the charge cap using high security tools. Designed in a variety of configurations, tethering is available in light to heavy, mechanical and alarmed, and will work for small products as well as large applications. Our updated Recoilers will minimizes false alarms and have been developed for easier and faster use and installation. RTF s recoilers can be used in conjunction with the security systems offered or on their own using a Lock Cable to wrap through smaller products. SmartCircle for Recoilers Each recoiler includes a barcode that can be scanned and added to a Fixture/Display within a SmartCircle location. SmartCircle can collect recoiler activity and gauge RTF recoiler longevity success in the real world. 4 Alarm Controllers A new 8 port controller is introduced with a wireless FCC, reprogrammable key fob and a low per port cost to help save money on displayed devices. This new controller is easily recognizable through the blue branding colour and is smaller and lighter than any of its predecessors from RTF. Simple key fob programming and a Micro USB port for firmware updates make this controller easy to use. Using the same enclosure is an Android based Smart Controller4 that wirelessly connects to SmartCircle. This controller eliminates the need for key fobs as an Android smart device is now the secure user interface controlling the arm and disarm functions. False alarms will be greatly reduced as they will require both hardware and software sensors to trigger in order for an alarm to sound. All alarms and triggers, including individual ones, will be notified on the SmartCircle Manager device for review and correction Port Contoller Controller4 [8 Port] Controller4 Keyfob Two Button Keyfob for 2 Port Controller Security The Recoiler aircraft cable possesses active cutting detection. If pressure is applied to the Recoiler cable a PreTheft alarm is triggered. Pressure sensors are built into the Vise4 sensor pad offering enhanced security. An LED light deters theft and when the sensor pad is removed an alarm sounds at the Controller. Additionally, the headphone sensor is a mechanical and electronic solution for all Vise products. Mechanically the headphone sensor works as another layer of physical security, preventing movement of the Vise arms. Electronically this sensor works with SmartCircle and Vise4 as an accurate alarm trigger. Other security features include the pressure pin located on the bottom of the pad that activates an alarm if the device is not flush with the security system. Brackets RTF has a variety of recoiler brackets designed to fit under counters or behind wall mounted displays. Brackets ensure the proper positioning of recoilers enabling perfect operation, quick connect and release as well as long life. Recoiler Bracket [Screw Down] Display4 A new addition to the Vise4 system is the Display4, an above the counter display that eliminates problems retailers experience with below the counter systems. When recoilers are mounted below the counter there is a higher level of difficulty to maintain the equipment. Display4 moves the recoiler above the counter and houses it an attractive, well designed and secure aluminium enclosure W Straight Charge Mount - White W Display4 The natural aluminum enclosure includes a top plate finished in either black or white to match the charge mount or retail display surface. The standard form is a capsule shape angled at 12 with different lengths still in consideration. Using the exact same assemblies and functions as when securing a Smartphone, the Vise4 system latches on and keeps Smartwatches and other electronic devices secure and accessible for customer interaction. Lock Cable Also available is the RTF s lock cable feature, which ensures security while matching the appearance of the display. This flexible, locking loop quickly wraps around handles, through button holes, or any secure opening, to provide an added security to other items. Using a secure tool the lock cable clasps onto the aircraft cable making a safety loop that cannot be tampered with. 7 LiftTouch LiftTouch allows the system to trigger device-specific media messaging on the device or an external monitor when the device is lifted from the mount. This system is an extension of RTF s retail suite of products that provides superior customer interaction through add on components. Retail Automation System Smart Retail Automation SmartCircle is a wireless, app-based network that uses Smartphone and Tablet intelligence to secure, monitor, and run marketing messages on smart devices in retail stores.
