Nos FC FC075 What This Option Provides The 460-to-230V Conversion Kit provides (2) replacement fuses that are used to convert a 460VAC input drive to a 230VAC input drive at half the horsepower rating of the 460V drive. The drive is at line voltage when connected to incoming AC power. Before proceeding with any installation or troubleshooting activity, disconnect, lock out, and tag all incoming power to the drive. Verify with a voltmeter that no voltage exists at terminals L1, L2 and L3 on the drive input power terminal block. 3-60HP/460V Drive Installation 1 Remove and lock-out all incoming power to the drive. 5 to-230V Conversion Kit 5 Setup To reconfigure a drive for 230VAC operation, the following parameters must be reset. Important: Depending upon the application, additional parameter adjustments may be required. If additional options are installed, different parameter settings may be required. Perform the Start-Up and Adjustment procedure in the 1397 User Manual to verify all parameter settings. Motor Armature Amps P.045 [Motor Arm Amps] Reset to match the motor s nameplate armature Amps. Motor Armature Volts P.046 [Motor Arm Volts] Reset to match the motor s nameplate armature voltage. Nominal AC Input Voltage P.051 [Motor AC Volts] Reset to match the nominal AC line RMS voltage.
