There is also an extensive range of mounting hardware and accessories including 19 patch panels and distribution boxes. The Fibrlok mechanical splice is available in single and multi-fibre versions. Typically 30% extra capacity can be gained by using SID modules. 500 Series Enclosures The 500 series enclosure range consists of 6 sizes. The function for all of these enclosures is to provide an internal, wall mounted distribution box for customer premises. All of these enclosures allow for 8 & 10 pair modules as well as the 10 pair SID CT modules. The enclosures are manufactured using 1mm thick mild steel, and then powder coated grey texture. Distribution Frames Type 108 Single Sided A modular distribution frame which can either be wall mounted or installed back-to back for free standing applications. This frame is available in a single (1882) and double vertical (1390) versions. The frames will accommodate both QSA+ and SID-CT modules, and on the SVG900 version reversible uprights allow for SID-C modules to be used, increasing the capacity. Steel front and side panels are offered as accessories for the 1390 and 1441 frames. Backmount frames manufactured from stainless steel.
