1 Assignment 1 What is a Computer? Hello, I'm PC. Read about the computer. Answer the questions. A computer is a tool that runs programs. The computer is sometimes called a "personal computer" or PC for short. 1. Computers come in many shapes and sizes. Check the computers you have seen before. desktop laptop tablet cell phone 2. 3 Assignment 2 About Parts of the Computer There are many types of computers. Each has parts that make it work. Find the Computer Parts Can you find the parts on the desktop computer in the picture below? The monitor shows pictures. Draw a face on the monitor. The keyboard types letters and numbers Draw a box around the keyboard. The mouse picks what you want to do. Draw a star * on the mouse. The tower holds computer parts inside. 5 Assignment 3 Get to Know the Mouse A computer needs a person to tell it what to do. This can be done using the mouse. How to Use the Mouse Instructions are included for both mouse AND touch actions. Teachers can teach either or both, depending on requirements and Your hand holds the mouse between the thumb and ring fingers. Your hand drags the mouse to move the pointer on the screen. equipment.
