It might make sense to use dedicated slides per site or functionality (e.g., a slide for telephony) depending on the learnings. In any case, you should identify highlights and lowlights. If some answers where not answered, or the answers were ambiguous, use the conversation to clarify. If there are additional concerns or questions, they should be added in this section as well. 49 Understanding Skype for Business traffic How does traffic flow While it might be clear to you, it needs to be understood by the network team as well. This section will educate the customer about Skype for Business traffic flows.

50 Click Types to of edit traffic Master title style Signaling traffic Signaling is done via Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Instant messages also travel via SIP SIP traffic goes always from Office 365 to the service Media traffic Audio, video, desktop/program sharing and file transfer are all examples of media traffic One-to-one For one-to-one media calls the traffic will go peer-to-peer if the network allows If network doesn t allow, it will proxy via Office 365 PSTN calls considered peer-to-peer calls between the Skype for Business client and the server or service Conferences All media sessions with more that two users or scheduled media sessions (sent out via Outlook invite) are hosted in Office 365 Therefore all traffic needs to go to Office 365 Other traffic There is also some http(s) traffic between client and service, which can be neglected from a bandwidth planning perspective (address book lookup, etc.)
